As first time user attempted to trade CS skins, skins were taken and did not receive trade. Contacted support who provided false timeframes, scripted responses and yet to provide resolution almost 2 weeks post.

Tomorrow will be THREE weeks since my trade was reversed. All support responds with is that they're trying to work with YouPin... you would think after three weeks a refund would have happened, beginning to think they're just leading me on until this is out of a dispute window with my bank.
If the refund is 100% going to be coming why not just go ahead and refund the customer so they're not out $500 for three weeks? Surely you guys budget for some sort of a loss.
