Finally received item their was a slow mailing problem. Thank you for costumer services in helping tracking down package but after 2mths it suddenly turned up.

Poor Communication, Poor Service -I almost think this is a Fake Web site out to fraud Beauty Product Buyers.
Placed 2 orders Nov 25 and Dec 7- No confirming email, no notice of a back order, SkinStore.com charged my credit card immediately, I have emailed continuous and no reply. posted on my order history is "check fraud filters" and valid payment is done with paypal????what ?? They have already been paid by MasterCard nov 27 and dec 7. Therefore, expect invalid comments on order history. Today is Dec 15 and i still have no product, no communication from company and a charge on my credit card of $1,500. Today i reported this as fraud to card company. I had ordered 2 times in past year and experienced no problem - except absolutely no communication or email- confirming order -my boxes just arrived. Today I am out $1,500 my face is so sad not to have product and I have waisted hours resolving my credit card charges.
Crazy way to do business.
