Multiple times, whenever you are going to buy a skin, you deposit, refresh the page multiple times, and the skin is still showing up as available, and then you press purchase after depositing and the skin is suddently gone. They will use attractive prices to lure you in and then force you to buy another overpriced listing of that skin or a random skin because you dont want to lose the balance you added. 1/10

The whole 0% sales fee thing sounds great at first and thats what pulled me in. So I chose to dig deeper.
From what I’ve seen, some of the skins seem to come from outside ecosystems that don’t always line up cleanly with Steam’s guidelines. I’m not saying anything shady is going on, but it does put you in a position where you’re relying on how Steam chooses to interpret item history. And that’s not exactly something you control.
Maybe nothing ever happens and maybe it’s fine. But if you actually care about your account longterm, its at least worth thinking about where items are coming from and what that could mean for you. This website unfortunately, whether you wish to deny it or not, has plenty of ties to Gambling websites and an owner that has been accused of some... not so trustworthy behavior.
Question to you all: if the fee is 0%, then what exactly is the business model here? Because in the end, someone always pays.

I had an issue where I accidentally sent USDC on the Solana network to my SOL deposit address. At first, support told me multiple times that the funds were not recoverable, which was frustrating since the transaction was on the correct chain and to the correct address.
The initial responses were a bit inconsistent and it took quite a while to get the issue properly escalated. I had to push for it and ask for higher support before anything really moved forward.
However, after some time, the case was passed to the dev team, and they were able to recover the full amount and credit it to my account.
They also mentioned that this was likely an edge case and not something that can always be done, which I think is important to point out so others don’t assume recovery is guaranteed.
I really appreciate that they ultimately took the time to investigate and resolve the issue. That completely turned the experience around for me.
So while the process could definitely be smoother and clearer from the start, the important part is that they did fix the problem in the end.
Just make sure to double check your deposits, but it’s good to know they can sometimes help if something goes wrong. Now I can buy some cool skins :)

I had a very frustrating experience using your platform. I had to split my purchase into three separate transactions due to your limits and high additional fees, and during the process I kept receiving error messages when trying to complete the order. It took a long time to finally reach support, and by the time the issue was resolved, I noticed that the price I initially saw was no longer accurate. Either the item increased by around $50 within minutes, or the displayed price was outdated, which the support agent suggested. Because of this, I was forced to settle for a higher float item than I originally intended to purchase. Additionally, there is no clear information about the seller’s reliability or the average trade completion time, unlike other platforms, which makes the experience even more uncertain. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and it will be my first and last time using this website.

This website offers prices far lower than any others, but the nightmare begins right after you deposit. First, the fees are completely unclear: when paying with a bank card, they deduct extra amounts, and there's something about "crypto price" — that part is somewhat understandable.
After the deposit goes through and you try to buy an item, the website suddenly tells you the item is no longer available for sale. On every other platform I've used, they would offer a refund in these cases, but this one stubbornly refuses to refund unused deposited funds back to the original payment method — the only option is to withdraw.
Then when you go to withdraw, you discover that withdrawing via cryptocurrency is free, but using a bank card comes with a 4% fee.
In the end, I spent 30 AUD and got absolutely nothing in return.
The only somewhat positive thing is that customer service responds relatively quickly, but it still remains the most agonizing, nightmarish, and downright baffling platform I've ever encountered. I do not recommend anyone to use this website.

The buy/cashout prices are very competitive, almost matching the prices on Chinese marketplaces. They accept buy orders at levels close to those on Chinese platforms and don’t lowball customers like many other websites do. Crypto withdrawals ( my withdrawal under 500 bucks ) are also very fast, and the best part is that the displayed withdrawal amount already includes the gas fee (no hidden deduction). Going forward, I’ll probably be using this platform a lot.
