Skin Love Cream shipped the wrong item…
Skin Love Cream shipped the wrong item and took weeks to issue the refund. When they did they still charged for shipping of the item, stating it was not in the original packaging, which it was. I actually used a padded envelope to return their product, despite them shipping it in an unpadded mailer, at my own cost. Terrible. Do not order from them.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the initial error in shipping the wrong item — this falls below our usual standards and we take full responsibility for that. However, our return policy, which is clearly stated, requires items to be returned in the same or similar protective packaging to avoid damage. Unfortunately the return was received with significant packaging damage, making the product unable to be resold. A small deduction was made solely to account for this damage, which is applied fairly and consistently. We regret we could not reach a better outcome and remain happy to discuss this further at hello@skinlovrcream.com
