I'm contacting you about an abnormal payment that was accredited on my PrePaid Card
My debit card says that 29,93€ was spent on the 20/06/2024 at 5:02 pm, as far as I know I never submitted any subscription on your site and I was worried that someone could have cloned my card, I'm not asking for a refund (because I think you don't have anything to do with this) but I NEED to know if someone cloned my card or if I did a payment by accident and if there's a way to get my money back.
The main problem is that I didn't even know about this site and I don't have an account here.
Please answer I'm worried about the situation.

I claimed already like 20 giftcards on this site and its perfect for Ideal to paypal transactions.

Took money from bank account, have not even purchased from them

This website is Fake they say the got 5 stars on TrustPilot but they don't i saw that when i tried to buy a card they said the transaction failed and that there was a issue in there system.

I do not know this website. I have never had contact nor with its products. They tried to take money from my Credit card at 03:29 in the night and apparently I think they are hackers since the payment has been approved without my authorization, but it was blocked because i use 2 Step Verifikation.

Actually NOT WORTH to trust.
Unauthorized activities on my bank account.
When "contacting" them (only possible via E-Mail ... of course) they send a more or less standardized answer that do absolutely NOT HELP .. and they do NOT SERIOUSLY CARE about ... or ensure by themselfes thet all activities are blocked in their "system" related to my bank account.

I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING from them and when I announce this they have to react when they are serious!

Will change this rating when they cooperate - otherwise an update will come soon.

Had never heard of this company until 1.45am when I got a text message from my bank saying there was suspicious activity on my credit card and they had blocked it. Thank goodness my bank was alert; my card is now cancelled.
