I've been using drug store brand face creams and was having breakouts with my rosacea so my dermatologist recommended your redness neutralizer. I'm really enjoying it because even though it costs more than the others, a small amount goes a long way. It's very creamy and feels calming on my skin. Having great results and no breakouts! Will definitely order again

I have been looking to replace my facial sunscreen for a few months because it was running out. I looked at several websites and found skincaremarket. I was excited to see that they had the best price to their competitors AND free shipping for what I was buying! The package came within a week and I'm all set when my current batch runs out soon.

Not only was the price of the product I purchased $10 less on the Skincare Market website, but they also provided free shipping. The product arrived in a timely manner and was carefully packaged. It was my first purchase with this Skincare Market but I will definitely purchase from them again.

I placed my order and paid extra for express delivery as I needed the product. The express delivery means it’s shipped the same day and if it’s ordered before 4 pm which I had done, I had placed the order by 2pm.
No where on the site was there any mention about too many orders or the possibility of there being a delay with the delivery.
I waited for an update on the delivery and it wasn’t processed till the next day when I should’ve got it by as that’s what express delivery is for. 24 hours delivery so to me that mean next day. But on reaching out I’m informed cause they have had a high number of orders come through that it would be processed tomorrow. On the back of that I asked for a refund, initially not clear in email as they thought I was asking for a full refund but I just wanted the money back for the delivery as the 1-2 days for delivery was free on my order. They said if I was unsatisfied with the order then I can return. I just wanted the money back for the delivery as not the service I received. I appreciate they and a back log of orders or an influx due to the sale but as a customer that is not my issue and of if there is an issue customers should be informed about the delay or the protons of orders being delayed.
The customer support just didn’t respond further, which is disappointing. Just get it from another certified place!

Product is definitely old, smells off. Shipping was a nightmare. If they want a signature: a) be VERY clear when purchasing and b) don’t use USPS! They don’t even knock on my door anymore they just put a slip in the mailbox saying delivery attempted. Had to drive to post off to pick up. Also no return policy. Terrible. I should have done my due diligence and will never purchase here again.

It was easy to place my order. The skin cream I ordered came quickly, was a great value, and will order again from this company!

I ordered the SkinCeuticals Soothing Cleanser Foam. I am 51 years old with dry, thin skin. This product not only removes makeup, but leaves my skin soft and moisturized, unlike other cleansers that dry out my skin even more. The product was delievered quickly and in good condition.

Refunds are very hard to process! over the course of a month I contacted the company by email & on the site to process my credit for an item I returned on an RMA. I was finally able to reach the customer service representative who issued the RMA & the credit still took a week to be received after the original month. I also had to report them to PayPal to get the credit moving. I consider this unreputable company. Plus they are selling rebranded products under the original label.
