Poor Ordering Process

I was disappointed that another item was so easily added on my order. While I received a credit for that item. I still have never received the original item I ordered. It’s been over 10 days and now have to call or track down the loss. So not happy at all with Skibcare Essentials. This was my first time purchasing from you. Likely not to be a returning customer.

I cannot recommend buying products from…

I cannot recommend buying products from this site; the product I bought caused an irritation I had never experienced before after the first use and this company which is an unauthorized dealer will not accept a return. Not a good company that stands by what it sells.
