I went on this site and gambled a bit and won 200 euro but when i tried to cash out i got hit with a KYC verification. I then sent in my ID. Its now been 9 days and i still have not heard back from them and my account is frozen. (im 26)

Depoed via eth wait 4 hours now and still no response. Cus my transfer was completed but havent got anything on the site.
And support team dose nothing about it.
Edit: Have officaly been scammed by the site. I have done evrything the right way and there support takes very long. And dont give a single f#ck about there costumers. Stay Far away from this SITE!
