I have been contacted by the management of skin any time and told me they would pay me the full amount back that was taken from me because of a mistake of there software . Out of good gesture they already paid 2 times 63.95 back from the 450 that was taken from my account, so I’m willing to believe that they had no bad intent but just an error in there programme , so therefore I rewrite my stars ⭐️ for the good after handeling of the case

Several amounts were charged from our credit card, while we never ordered anything from this site. We contacted the company, but - unlike others who claim they got a full refund - we didn't even get a reply. If you see this company's name on your credit card, I advise you to call 'card stop' immediately and block your credit card (that's what Visa told us to do). I find it repulsive that they were even capable to get our financial info to retract money from us. Truly despicable.

This company stolen my money from my account. Set up a monthly payment plan without my knowledge. Its a frud company. Be careful

stole money from me told i couldn’t get it back and when i ordered what i wanted they just cancelled the order never got any thing and the took £421 from my account. avoid avoid.

Cannot give zero stars. This company tried to steal money from my account. Set up a monthly payment plan without my knowledge under the guise of a free gift with only postage to pay. When on chat with them I asked 3 times what do they sell and could not answer it. Be careful.
