The personalised treatment and confirmation email clearly explain everything, including what to expect, how much is in each dose, and the treatment schedule. I also really like that you can pause your payments and restart whenever it suits you.

One suggestion I have is to offer a bundle that includes the treatment, moisturiser, cleanser, and sunscreen—unless this is already available and I’ve just missed it. I also like that you can try each product for a small cost when you’re first getting started.

This treatment has genuinely transformed my skin. It’s made me feel so much happier and more confident, and I recommend your company to everyone I know. In fact, it was my sister-in-law who encouraged me to give it a try after having such a positive experience herself, and I’m so glad she did!

Great product, my skin is feeling much better.
The dose could be better and cover a full month as opposed to 28 days only to cover each calendar month as you’ll need just under 13 doses per year.

A great skincare team with very top Dermatologists. Easy to access & you are given Brillant advice & recommendations on the products that u are using. The skincare team are prompt, amazing & the delivery service is quick & prompt too.

So far I can see my pores are not as prominent, I'm still on lower dose and haven't had any reaction nor dryness.
My new higher dose has arrived and I can't wait to see what happens next.
That's the only reason I haven't given 5 stars yet.

have struggled with my skin for years, and tried so many products, brands and prescriptions but nothing worked then i discovered skin + me and it’s been so changing while I'm still on my journey to getting clear skin this is the best it’s been in 3 years and Im feeling a lot more confident in myself and love how the product is made on my own preference and needs. Not many companies want photos of your skin to actually see the problem but you did and sound more like you really want to help

My experience is great because i looking for something that will improve my skin imperfections without doing multi layered steps that's time consuming. It's like a magic in a bottle. But the price is a bit too high i think. If there is bit discount for regular users like will help a lot. Thanks

I love you can tailor each item you would like to add to your skincare routine. It’s a nice personal touch that it has your name on the retinol doser. Super easy to assess what you will suit your skin by sending photos of your skin. Products are really good and I can already see have made a difference in 8 weeks

My prescription seems to be doing the job so far! The responses from the team are helpful although their subscription website is not as user friendly as many others, keep an eye on what you sign up for/receive.

Multiple prescribers, who don’t share information. I wrote on my initial consultation I was allergic to a particular ingredient. When I broke out I was told it is just purging, so stick with it. And to stop the sunscreen. And they would make sure my skin was clearing before sending the next subscription. Which I did for another terrible month. Then I stopped everything (prescription, cleanser and moisturiser) and my skin got better. So researched and the ingredient I am allergic to was in the moisturiser. Another prescriber said don’t cancel the subscription, we can amend your formula. Then I get email to say another round of the prescription and the sunscreen was being sent. I cantacted them again and this time a different prescriber says they can’t help and that I should throw the prescription and sunscreen in the bin. It’s been a shambles. A very expensive, frustrating shambles.
And the funniest thing is they have sent this Trustpilot request to me.
