I like a number of people purchased a number of lifetime courses from Skillsology. I now find i cannot access these courses
I paid for a lifetime of Microsoft courses- $49.00. Great price I might add! But worthless at this point! At the time of payment I did see that the courses were immediately put into my account. I logged out and when I logged back in it kept saying that my email and password don't match. I have changed the password numerous times and It keeps saying my email and password don't match. So as of 04-11-2021, when I purchased the special, I have not been able to get into my account. Today is Sunday 04-18-2021. I have emailed them twice and called (which they never answer their phone) so I left a nice long message expressing my dissatisfaction with their Customer Service and no return email(s) from them addressing my concerns. Also they have taken my payment out of the bank and added "Recurring" which really ticks me off!!! I will stop payment thru the bank! So sad, they obviously are trying to scam people out of their money! Are they out of business- I believe they are! Will never reccomend this company to anyone! Bye, Bye!!
I signed up and paid for a MiniMBA course on December 31, 2020 and was charged for it on my credit card. It never showed up as a course on my account. I emailed Support@Skillsology through the website and received a reply asking for my order number. I tried to reply but the email bounced back as undeliverable, address not found. Tried multiple times entering email manually and replying, using Gmail and Outlook on my laptop, on my phone (android) on data and wifi and got the undeliverable message each time. My wife also tried the email on her Iphone. I also tried the sales email, and called the US nIPhone.
I followed up using the website contact link, but providing all the information the first reply asked for but the reply asks the same questions.
So, in conclusion Skillsology email addresses do not work so support does not work.
This is not lifetime access!!!!! I paid and never used for a year (My fault) When I came to use after seeing they have take payment year on year....I am informed that its not the full bundle I originally signed up for, its only Excel.......When questioned I discover that only one part of my bundle is available as the rest is not compatable with MAC!!!!!! Ironically, Skillsology are still sending me "Lifetime" bundle offers for Microsoft bundles education, yet not upholding what I ordered!!!! I followed the recent offer and there is no clear warning about MAC users...I have complained about this and was told they were sorry they could do nothing, but will feedback to ensure this does not happen to anyone else!!!!! Why would they do that, this is how they make their money!!!!!

I ran into additional problems with my login, which I let James know of and again he came through with the solution. At every juncture he was supportive and polite with an answer to my problem every time. Hopefully if I have any future problems James will be there to assist me.

Excellent customer service. Lost my password some times ago and was not able to reset it from RESET PASSWORD FORM as all emails would be rejected due to my company firewall settings. Happily for me, James from the customer service solved this issue just in few minutes, so again have access to my courses.

Great service and products! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is I purchased the lifetime access and wish they would give you access to some of the new products released after the time you purchase lifetime access as well because updates and changes occur within products such as Microsoft Excel, etc.

I had a problem redeeming a voucher that I bought from another eCommerce site couple of years ago. When I contacted them about that order, they said they can't help and that I should contact Skillsology support directly.
I was going to give up at that time because my order/transaction was not with Skillsology but I decided to send an email anyway asking if they could assist. To my surprise, not only did they respond very quick but explained the reason for the voucher not working as it was valid for just one year. Upon further request, they extended that voucher for lifetime redemption and now I have full access to the course.
I call this a great customer service as they went above and beyond my expectation. Keep up the great work guys..!

My email detailing my problem/concern was answered in a very timely manner (especially considering the whole pandemic impact currently) and EwB support solved the whole issue for me from their end, so that I did not have to do anything further. Great service and customer support!
After many emails,finally got feed back ,Evie Greenhough attributed the delay to the pandemic.I guess that is an issue all over .I was attended to efficiently by Lionel Joseph and problem resolved

When I was able to get back to it, I've found the first course is still active, but the others are expired. The content itself was well-presented, but for busy people trying to study in spare time, the time limited access to courses from purchase date rather than commencement date is quite poor.
