The best part of dealing with Matteo is that he is extremely polite and patient, always ready to help. He offered available times for our transatlantic telephone calls as well as multiple options for our upcoming ski holidays. He is the ultimate professional and clearly enjoys his job!

Fantastic Stay - Val d'Isere Chalet Jupiter
I just want to take a quick moment to recognise the Ski France team.
I'll start by saying that the website is very clear and in particular, the 3D chalet visualizer is a fantastic feature! It gave a lot of confidence when booking as we had a solid impression of the facilities and the suitability to our party's requirements (I think it is rare to give credit to website design but the effort in such a thoughtful layout is certainly due in this case!) and ultimately convinced us that the Chalet Jupiter in Val d'Isere was the right choice for us.
From the outset of our booking one thing was clear; ease of communication, the team were diligent in laying out the specifics to the facility and providing detailed guidance pre-arrival. We had a number of requests related to parking, baby equipment, kitchen options and more, all of which were handled quickly and professionally. It was a real advantage, we could prepare and arrive at the resort with confidence - special thanks to Matteo & Conor for the attentiveness in our exchanges.
We weren't the easiest of guests, toddlers to grandparents, skiers and non-skiers but the team worked their upmost to fulfill our requirements and we were grateful for their attentiveness. This would mark our 5th visit to Val d'Isere and first with Ski France Premium but I would definitely rate it as one of, if not the, best. The Chalet was as described, plush with an authentic homely feeling and generally well maintained. A representative visited daily to ensure there were no issues, the midweek clean was thorough, the welcome gift was a nice touch and what I particularly liked (and was a first for me, having rented many chalets across France) was the generous daily refill of firewood - having an authentic crackling fire each evening with plentiful wood was a real highlight!
Post-stay, the Ski France team followed-up in order to get feedback on our stay overall, I appreciated the commitment to customer care even after our vacation was over - a special thanks to Amy here!
All in all, we had a fantastic stay! In our case the Chalet did not disappoint and certainly had that premium, luxury feel as described on the website. The team matched the Chalet, offering a premium level of service with excellent communication and overall attentiveness! We thank the team for a fantastic stay and look forward to booking again!

This is our 4th holiday with Ski France having now stayed at their hotels in both Motterat and Les Deux Alpes. Everything about the company is excellent. The service, food, drinks and overall value for money is fantastic. I want to thank the staff at hotel Ibiza, especially Costa, and Iona. From the booking experience to the team on
-site in Les Chalets des Alpages, we felt in good hands. We had a chalet for a family group of 3 generations and the on-site team of Chris and his colleague (sorry I did not catch your name) could not have done more for our group of 8 people, it was very much appreciated.
