Same as other people here. I bought this online. Should have been 29 dollars per year and I received an invoice and they charged me for 175 dollars. With some services that I never asked for. I tried to contact them via email but I had no response. Looks like scam.

So I switched to Macbook pro from windows and reached out for support in December 2025 and haven't heard back. With all the positive reviews, I'm sure it's because the software is great but you have to be responsive. Also the contact buttons do not work on their site which is nothing but a large sales page.

I purchased sketch wow on an Instagram as and accidentally purchased a $77 add on. I tried contacting them to refund this. I also couldn’t login. I purchased on 19th December 2025 and contacted them 4 times asking for a refund. I’ve been on their website and NOBODY has got back to me. Be very careful when purchasing - I can’t even logon to the purchase I made! It’s now the 19th of January and I have reported this with my bank as fraud.

Bought credits didn't materialise - no luck with their customer service webpage which seems non functional!

When I subscribed I had the option to animate individual elements of the slides which has since gone and I have only the option to Zoom. Apparently this is a paid add on which somehow I had access to. Unless you particularly want the templates which I didn't find helpful for what I wanted you are best sticking with Powerpoint.

I am concerned about signing up for this as there is no option to try or even a demonstration of how it works. As I am unable to trial this I have no idea if it is right for me or how easy/hard it is to navigate. Due to this I keep putting off signing up.

It’s a bit fiddly to use. I’m not sure why it’s so popular. Sketchwow’s advertising says you don’t need to be buying credits for Ai, but you literally need to buy Ai credits once you’ve used up your initial quota.

Why does it feel like total scam? Signed up paid , never got the confirmation link... contact for customer support does not work, and what good is a license key if you don't have anywhere to enter it.

Sub optimal customer experience. Bought the software. Didn't deliver as anticipated. Ok that's fine. These things happen. 72 hours after purchase I went to website to request refund under 30 day guarantee. Support contact button not working. Used chat type pop up which seemed to randomly appear from nowhere. No confirmation message. Ok. Go back to basics. Email support at sketchwow.com and got a bounce back message. Find another email address - partners at sketchwow.com - forward email chain on. Another bounce back message... Gah. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Not at all what I expected.

Based on the ads, I expected it to automatically draw visualizations for me based on e.g. blogs. It does have an AI option (you need to buy credits for this with OpenAI, but granted - the credits are cheap), but the results are very disappointing - the AI completely misunderstood the text structure so the end result was useless... In the end, it was a sort of drawing tool, I guess comparable to Canva.

If you want a tool to draw your own stuff - I do believe this does the trick. Just not what I expected based on the ads. Filed for refund and have to admit - the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

I'm not able to download it and it says the shortcut is no longer available. I can't find the customer services button on the website. Can you advise how I get a refund.

SketchWow! Great product for creating new and visually exciting graphics. I use it for our social media and for our websites.

Its a very easy to use Software. And the Resukts are amazing. This is the end of boring power Point things.
