Delay in delivery.

can't do the refund and made me come 3 times

The shoes quality is good, but they didnt provided any discounts, instead they offered me a pair of socks that i barely use. The shoes are expensive but still i told them to provide me discount and they said no sorry we cannot provide discount.

Still waiting for my Skechers order, placed on 13/03 for 2-3 days shipping. Arrival date of last Thursday changed in the evening to yesterday. Did not arrive. Tried to track the order, and I am unable to locate it any more. Extremely disappointed and I would like an immediate refund. Have contacted CS via the email form, but have not received any kind of automated confirmation that this contact form was received.

Sketchers have been my choice of footwear for several years now. They are always comfortable and fit well. They remain looking smart even after many machine washes.

I wrote an email to customer service as its been 4 weeks since I've ordered with you and I haven't received my skecher and still no reply!!

I visited the Skechers Gloucester Quays store to treat my wife and myself to a pair of trainers, only to leave feeling embarrassed and humiliated by the dismissive attitude of the sales associate. When I raised a genuine concern about voucher use, I was met with an unhelpful response and no effort to resolve the situation.

I submitted a complaint via email and, after receiving no update within the promised timeframe, I had to chase for a response. Only then was it passed on to the district manager — yet now, over two weeks later, I’m still waiting to hear back. The email support leads nowhere, and despite claims of online chat availability, there’s no clear way to speak to someone directly or escalate the issue.

I’ve given Skechers every opportunity to resolve this fairly, but have been left completely frustrated and disappointed. A poor in-store experience was made worse by poor communication and a lack of care from the customer service team.

Bought my first pair. Never again. One month and the heel is coming off inside. My weight might be a problem (110 kg). But never had these issues with other brands.

First time ordering a pair of trainers for my son and 2 hours after him putting them on his feet, the light on one trainer stops working. Obviously been sitting around or faulty. Not a great first impression. Now I'm going to have to send them back. Hassle I dont need!
First and last order.

Nothing wrong about the product, I've a fan of Skechers for many years, bought them almost 10 pairs. But!!! this time I ordered online and the shoes were not fit me so I returned them since 29-jan. The other shipping company usually send us receipts but not DB schenker. And the numbers on parcels not able to trace like the order company. So I don't know where is the package. I mailed bott Skechers and Schenker. Up to now 16- feb, still don't get any updating.

They let me return all the parcels that that is their mistake ship out to me. I basically work for free for them to carry everything wait for shipment labels and send it back again. Store down for a few days. It was worst experience ever.

So I ware sketchers for almost 20 years but for the last about 3 years I'm shocked with poor quality. My runners are falling apart after few days. Another thing is that pair is often not even. Either left or right shoe is bigger then other. This is my last pair I ever bought. Good bye sketchers.

I purchased waterproof sneakers from Skechers, and while they were great initially, they started letting water in after 5–6 months of use. I took them back to the store, where they inspected the shoes by soaking them in water. Since no water got in during their test, the shoes were returned to me. However, after wearing them again in the rain, they let water in once more.

I returned to the store for a second time, and this time, they ordered me a new pair of shoes, which arrived within a week.

I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue and their quick action in providing a replacement.

While the situation was a bit frustrating, their customer service was professional, and I’m happy with the outcome.

Great products, poor customer service. they charge you immediately and then if you have to make a return, good luck until you see your refund back.

they receive the return goods and then you still have to wait and wait for the refund.
