Very bad shopping experience

Very bad shopping experience
I bought a sweatshirt on December 11 and as of December 24 I still have not received it. They promised to send it before December 18.
Their support service is lousy .
They give no answers or solutions, the only option I have left is to make a claim at my bank to get my money back,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

I can see the order was processed and shipped by us the day you ordered it, December the 11th, but GLS was unable to deliver it on the 18th.

We were sadly not informed by GLS of the issue and could therefore not notice or resolve the issue for you in time.

We are really sorry for the bad shipping experience you were subject to, and will look into how and why we were not informed of the delivery issues.

I can see we in the meanwhile have found a solution and reimbursed you for the order.

Again, sorry for the negative experience, but we only have a limited influence on what the shipping company the order is shipped with does.

Llegó todo en su día y en perfecto…

Llegó todo en su día y en perfecto estado, lo único que ya podíais haber puesto algunas pegatinas más, después de gastarme lo que me gasté y solo 1 pegatina de regalo 😂, luego cuando llegue a casa publicaré un post en Instagram y también algunos vídeos para YouTube relacionado con el pedido.

Everything arrived on the day and in perfect condición.

The only thing that you could have already put some more stickers, after spending what i spent and only 1 gift sticker. 😂

Then when i get home i Will publish a post on Instagram and also some videos for YouTube related to the order.
