Great service

Great service! I made an order but gave the wrong delivery address and the item ended up being returned to Skandium. They kindly resent the item back out to the correct address with no trouble.
Very quick to reply to queries too!

Great customer service

I ordered some outdoor furniture. One of the chairs had a minor fault. But Skandium didn’t hesitate to offer a replacement. Even suggesting I continue to use the chair whilst new one arrived. And when it did arrive it was delivered by two lovely delivery drivers who unpacked and repacked everything with a smile.

Good customer service

I ordered an Angelpoise wall lamp but due to issues with the production process there was a huge delay. I was offered a refund but decided to stick with it. Skandium and especially Madelaine kept me informed throughout. Happy to say I eventually received my item and pleased with my purchase.

Faultless customer service

I ordered twice as many dining chairs as I needed by accident, and despite them being made to order, Skandium have taken the excess ones back and given me a full refund. The chairs that I have kept are gorgeous! Huge thanks to Luke - cannot fault Skandium's customer service. Very much appreciated!

Gave them a second chance but…

Twice I have ordered from Skandium and twice they have failed to update me on delayed products or so much as apologise when they failed to uphold an order. Appalling disregard for customer satisfaction.

Luke's customer service exceeded expectations

This is such a good example of excellent customer service which transformed my experience. I have purchased shelving from Skandium on a couple of occasions, and recently made an enquiry in relation to this. I received an instance response from Luke, with a friendly message and an immediate solution. It's not often that this sort of communication exceeds expectations and genuinely improves the customer experience, removing any stress or complications.

Madelaine was amazing!

I’ve ordered items from Skandium previously and things went without a hitch. This time we had a delay due to backed ordered item. The issue arose when I moved residences during the (international) shipping process. Madelaine was wonderful, She handled the changes with the shipping companies and kept me updated.

Good outcome after a disappointing start

Ordered a Secto Octo pendant back in Jan 2024, which went missing during delivery. Luke was able to sort with the supplier and the item arrived 3.5 months after purchase. We're happy with the product and Skandium in fast tracking a solution.
