From facials to deep intense massage Sam always delivers. I always come away feeling relaxed and Very chilled. Just started cupping for a shoulder injury which is very different but even after 1 session I can feel the benefit. Thanks Sammy Jo.x

I experienced a trapped nerve in my back, and the surrounding soft tissues and muscles were too tense to allow for natural healing. However, a deep yet gentle massage from Sam helped to loosen everything, which proved to be remarkably effective.
