Damage item
Cant even get me the info on claim. Through email and i think the way it is maybe stalling it so i want get replacement. A simple email i have try two times and still not received it.

Poor communication/ lack of communication with salesperson affected my order. I sent emails and voicemails and did not get a response. As a result, I had to completely cancel my order.

SJF one stop shop for pallet racks.
I contacted SJF about a pallet rack i wanted to put up at home for skid steer equipment. It was easy to find what I was interested in on the website. I was sent an email to confirm the items I was looking at and a price. I issued a proceed with order and was contacted when the order was ready to pickup. Easy!
