No communication, no tracking, very poor support so far
It’s been almost 10 days since I purchased the Sizzapp Nova tracker, and I still haven’t received any status update, shipping confirmation, or tracking number.
I’ve already reached out to both their support and info email addresses, and so far I’ve received no response at all. Not even a simple acknowledgment.
At this point, the lack of communication is the main issue. When you’re buying a security-related product, you expect at least basic customer support and transparency about your order.
Looking at other reviews, it seems like this might not be an isolated case, which is concerning.
As of now, my experience has been disappointing due to the complete absence of support and communication. I hope this gets resolved soon, but first impressions are not good.

Unreliable product and non-existent support: terrible experience
My experience with SIZZAPP has been extremely disappointing, from day one until the last message exchanged with their support team.
The device was defective from the very beginning and never worked as advertised.
These were not minor glitches, but serious, constant failures that made the product completely useless:
– GPS location inaccurate or completely stuck,
– routes not recorded at all,
– motion alerts arriving only sometimes,
– GPS updates intermittent or missing,
– constant signal loss even in wide open areas.
In short: the device never did what it was supposed to do.
I contacted customer support multiple times, providing every detail they needed: timestamps, screenshots, videos, technical explanations, and even tests done at an official Honda service center.
Despite this, I received:
– vague, unhelpful responses,
– attempts to blame the installation (although the issues existed before any installation changes),
– long periods with no reply at all,
– no real technical guidance or solutions of any kind.
The lack of communication was, at times, even worse than the defective product.
I would write and then wait days — sometimes weeks — without a single answer. Completely unacceptable for a company selling a “security” device.
Meanwhile, I was forced to:
– pay the Honda workshop multiple times to install, move, and remove a device that never worked,
– lose time, fuel, and entire days doing pointless tests,
– ride a brand-new motorcycle with zero real security, despite having bought this tracker specifically for protection.
When I finally asked for a fair refund — considering the defective device and the extra costs caused by their failures — they simply replied with a standard return procedure, ignoring the full extent of the problem and the evidence provided.

Conclusion
The product is unreliable, the customer support is incompetent, and worst of all, they leave customers without responses for long periods of time, even when the issue is serious.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy device to protect your motorcycle, my experience with SIZZAPP has been a complete mistake. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Finally, I was contacted by their service department... they resolved my problem... Their GPS tracker is a really good product; I used it for two years before selling it because I no longer have a motorcycle.I am completely satisfied and if I ever need to buy another one, I will buy it from them...

My Sizzapp Pro wasn’t working properly in my camper van. Sizzapp promised to send a replacement right away if they couldn’t fix the issue. Based on my description, they managed to solve the problem within two days—and it’s working perfectly now.
I’m genuinely impressed by how friendly and professional the support was. Throughout the entire email exchange, I felt they took the issue seriously and were actively working to find a solution. If I could give them more than five stars, I would—and I can only recommend them wholeheartedly.
nothing heard from customer support after tracker went faulty
My tracker worked for about a year then went faulty, stopped tracking and was actively draining the battery on my bike. I emailed support about this but have yet to hear anything back after more than a month.

Poor customer service to good customer service.
I sent an email to customer service to confirm if the Sizzapp device would fit with my Vespa scooter, due to the placement of the Vespa battery being a tight fit already I didn't want to purchase only to find out it doesn't fit. I have yet to receive any response. Edit: since posting this review the team have been gracious enough to respond. Seems the response didn't even come through my spam mail.

So many issues right out of the box and Zero customer service
Right from the date of order I contacted customer service, I paid £15 for express delivery that was 18 days total, zero response from service
Received the device and works straight away once set up, that’s very straight forward now onto the more bed stuff
-Tested push notifications, works fine
-Tested SMS notifications, it’s been 3 hours and haven’t received a text
-Tested call notification (pressed a few times as thought it wasn’t working) 1st call I received was 1 hour 18 minutes after the test button! Then a call every 30 seconds or so, that’s a huge delay for what is supposed to be imitate in the event of theft
I sent this to the customer support email, in total to ‘test’ levels of service I sent 6 separate emails from different emails address with each fault, just to see what the level of service is like, it’s been 3 weeks and I am yet to receive a single response from any emails and requests from support
All the while these tests (even though I didn’t pick up) used my allowances another con
There is no option to return, no option to speak to a person
This is a data product, a very overpriced data product that you are left on your own have have to deal with poor/no service, no resources and not even a thank you and good luck
This could be great, could be a huge contender in the industry, feels to me they have gave up and eventually soon it will be unsupported and another failed company

The best subscription free tracker on the market the only one
This is a fantastic product I had my motorcycle stolen and wanted something for my piece of mind and if it’s moved an inch I get an alert and I can also track real time without a subscription this product is a no brainer if I would have had this on my other motorcycle I would have caught the thieves before it was damaged and stolen I would highly recommend for any vehicle can not recommend enough

Great product with active developers who want to hear from you and upsurge the software regularly. One tip is to use call function as getting a push or sms message can be delayed by 30mins! So if you have sms as your stolen bike notification its not a good option - but phone call works better
Horrible Customer Service
I cant tell if this product is good or not since it didn't work properly from day way, goes offline all the time, I connected customer service a few times, it takes them days to respond, and even then, the respond looks like it's coming from a bot, going in circles, no resolution, I don't recommend it!

It's been a year I'm using it. Easy to use. Reliable. Has a lot of functions. So far best out of all trackers I had.
Bait and switch on purchased services
Diminishing the services we were sold. The company decided to take away unlimited sms that was included when purchased and have now limited it to just 50 sms messages. When they were questioned about it the banned people from their message boards so it couldn’t be discussed. Look elsewhere for a trust worthy company.
