Cancelled my orders for the “Forza” Napoli trainers I ordered. Both pairs were in stock at the time of ordering.
What makes this more frustrating is that they were in stock at the time of payment and confirmed!
Sickening to see this company sell to resellers who are making money rather than those who wish to wear the trainers!
Ordered a pair of trainers that were sold out everywhere else. Not a reduced price but quick delivery to Dublin, Ireland (3 working days) Will use again
Nice sale prices, good items, fast delivery, easy returns to Dublin store.
Bought a pair of airforce 1s, was hesitant after reading the reviews.. but they arrived faster than expected and are in perfect solid condition, would 100% recommend.
They cancelled my order 4 days after first confirming it with no reason given at all
I have spent the last 6 day's trying to find an address in Ireland to make a return. Not on Facebook and unable to contact, generic messaging only. Do not purchase from this site.
Excellent customer service. Ordered a pair of runners with a defective pair of laces, very prompt reply and offered to replace straight away. Would definitely feel safe shopping here
After all the bad reviews I wasn't going to order and was quite worried after paying 14o for runners they arrived the nxt day in Ireland perfect
I love my hoodie and got it at a great discount !
Asos where selling at €124 where as Sizeofficial.ie where much cheaper at €80. Part of me thought to good to be true but after reading reviews and replies I thought I'd chance it.
I expected a delay as that's what most of the complaints had been about but I ordered it New Years Eve and received it 2 working days later free delivery.
Will definitely be using it again!
I nearly never bought from this store because of all the bad reviews but the Adidas.ie had sold out of the ones I wanted so I reluctantly clicked on the buy tab and hoped for the best. Maybe i'm just lucky but I've had a good experience, ordered last Wednesday and my exact order arrived in perfect condition today. Really happy an will definitely buy from again.
Twice in April they cancelled my orders two weeks after placing them with no warning and trying to talk to customer service is a dice roll on wether or not you’ll be helped. Never will I order from this website again.
Ordered the laser blue air max 90s and a week later they cancelled the order due to no stock ... Have to wait now to get my own money back , not the 1st time size? Has done this , they are a terrible site to buy from
Non existent customer service, will not reply to any mails, return page is broken, zero response.
