I am trying from mail, phone and tracking my order nothing is working, it seems that it is a company which does not exist.

Ordered a pair of sneaks which did not fit as I expected. Delivery was fine, but when I wanted to return them they demanded 109 dkk for to return the sneaks. Also, taped the shoe box, which made it difficult not to destroy the shoe box before trying the sneaks.

Super shady, unreliable store! I ordered some sneakers online, but then returned them at the physical store (which they said was no problem). I was told my payment would be returned within 10 business days. This didn't happen. I contacted customer service several times, who just kept telling me I would receive the money. I still haven’t gotten the money. Awful shop

The worst online shop! It took me 1 month to get returns money back.

I would give this company minus 10 stars if I could, but I think it's probably better to just report them to forbrug.dk because everything about this business is wrong. They have a shop but no phone number to reach the shop, meaning that you will have to go in to the shop to speak with an early 20's hipster that will treat you like you are crazy because you ordered a pair of shoes online, got a confirmation that they arrived, but then went to pick them up and they weren't there.
Next up, you can then politely ask their customer help online where your shoes are? They will tell you to take an email they sent back into the shop, where if they can't find your shoes yet again, they will start to process a refund (if that will actually work..I haven't got it yet) . So they have got me into their store 2 times now without any sort of help to get me the shoes I ordered online, (which mind you they also have in the store in my size..) wasting my time for hours a crappy pair of DKK 800 shoes. I could not tell them to cancel the order online. No money and no shoes so far. I could not reach them by phone. I don't know how much you get paid hourly, I'm in for like DKK 2500 with the purchase for a pair of sneakers because of this company wasting so much of my time. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

I bought a pair of shoos online with this company 1st of December. 4th of december I receive an sms with the wording, that they received my order back, and that my money had been returned. A strange massage. 4 weeks later i in fact got my money back with no explanation.

My experience with 2 orders in a short period of time, where absolute perfect.

Received my items in the right sizes, and both orders arrived within a week.

Extremely bad service. Don't buy from them

I bought a pair of adidas 250's and everything worked fine.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers and they arrived so fast, within a couple of days. Unfortunately they were too small so ordered the half size up and again they came so quickly. I was able to return the smaller size with ease into the Dublin Store on Wicklow Street and must say the staff there were so lovely and helpful.

Worst webshop ever. I bought a shoes and I paid 39 kr for transport. After I tried shoes I realized its not fit and I started return process. And guess what? They asking 160 kr for return. Im so regret I shopped from here.

Email after email - asking for my address, purchase order, full name, phone number and more. And sending it several times. They tell me to go to the store.

Not very helpful when they send you the wrong size and a shoes with defaults.

I was begging them few days for tracking number and they were keep sending me order number. When I finally received tracking number my parcel was sent back to warehouse. Ofc they don’t feel like this is their fault. Highly not recommending!!

Never buy stuff from this clown company.
Accept your order and take your money and then they dont send your things

Ive ordered some Vans shoes, they confirmed the order and also told me the order has been shipped. Three days later I receive an email saying that the order has been deleted, I check the tracking number and doesnt exist anymore. True heroes :)

Unreliable business

I wanted to buy two pairs of shoes which cost combined 500 kr. To get the free delivery i added a couple of items. They then ended up not sending the two shoes even though they were the sole reason i ordered. my advice to anybody who considers to shop at size?, don't, it's not worth the trouble.

Worst customer experience! I ordered a pair of +200€ New Balance where after the payment failed. I then ordered the shoes again and ended up with being charged twice. Now 3 weeks after, I am yet to receive any of the shoes. I have tried to call Size? multiple times as well as made written inquiries.

Can’t recommend this retailer!

Abseloutly ridiculously slow at getting orders shipped! Bought two pairs of sneakers and one took 14 days to even get sent from The warehouse and still hasnt shown up 10 days later ( now) other pair hasnt even Been sent yet. Abseloute joke of a company - many other better places to buy - sneakersnstuff, hanon-shop, alike sneakers store, offspring and many more!
