Size is an amazing company, they feed my addiction to adidas trainers very well 😅 the website is so easy and enticing and the pricing of the trainers are unreal! My only but is the time waiting for delivery but that's just me because I wanted them immediately 😂

Great shopping experience
Great transaction from start to finish, good price, daughter loved her gazelles, would recommend Size, they were also quite good with delivery too.

The shoes arrived in a tattered box…
The shoes arrived in a tattered box with one shoe's lace noticeably damaged.
I had been informed by the shop assistant that due to there being no stock of my size in store that a pair would be sent directly to my home.
I seems that the pair I had been sent were ex display models. Inside shoe price stickers and no wadding to preserve the toe box.
Unimpressed I contacted customer care to express my concerns and disappointment.
I was informed that a pair of new laces was not an option but I could travel back to my nearest city centre branch, pay for parking, return the shoes and recieve a full refund only to reorder the same shoes from the central warehouse again and play the game of SIZE chance all over again.
I thought that the price of a pair of laces would be a lot less than the cost of travel and time .
Not impressed with their service or attitude . Love the shoes though.

Faulty shoe return…
I was returning a shoe that had a fault (it had torn badly after 3rd wear) I had no box no receipt. No problem ! Staff gave me a refund after inspection - my opinion was valued and the member who dealt with me was very knowledgeable. Brilliant service , brilliant staff .

Returned purchase experience
