Order of 2 pairs of limited edition Trainers
I ordered from 2 pairs of limited edition shoes from size? Launches app, 1 came and the other one came 2 days later on a weekend when I was at work and DPD tried to deliver it and my mother answered as we have a ring doorbell camera (she wasn't home either for the 2 times they tired to deliver it ) and they said they needed a signature and refused to deliver it to a trusted neighbour so DPD have ended up sending it back to you guys, I spoke with customer service and the woman I spoke to clearly doesn't know how a limited drop works as I wanted the second pair to be redelivered but they couldn't do that she checked if it was in stock but I told her it's. A limited release shoe so they refunded me but my question is is what's going to happen to the pair when it reaches you guys? Guessing because it's a super limited release you guys are going to keep it for yourselves I'm really not happy with a refund as I really wanted that shoe and now may have to pay resell price on another selling platform....service is not good enough you should do everything to make sure the customer RECEIVES the ORDER especially on. Limited release.

The trainers I wanted was not in stock in store so the member of staff went online and ordered them to my house for free.a few days later they arrived no problems whatsoever

Size? in store are great, but with rising travel costs I opted for their on-line store, I'd rather go in store to keep the staff in a job though.
Order was absolutely great, straight and fast. All their products are clear, and they hold the UK mens size 12 I need for my son.
I placed the order on Friday, and had standard free delivery, they arrived today.
Perfect and such a great rapid service.
Thank you Size? And the staff, on visiting, are a pleasure too.
