I recently needed to purchase a replacement item for my bike that I couldn't locate on the website. Mary helped me get the replacement very quickly. After I recieved it I thought I asked for the incorrect item and she took the time to find out if I had made a mistake. She located a video to help me install it and ensured I did get the correct part. She was timely, helpful, and kind. I've had my bike since 2020, I did have to replace the gear thing and spokes as it randomly tangled itself while riding but other than that I've had no issues with the bike until I recently broke the brake lever by dropping the bike on accident straight on it. I love the bike and it's been through many weight stages with me which why I chose this bike (high weight limit). I highly recommend the company as a whole.

I couldn’t be happier with my new electric bike! From the moment I discovered this company, I was impressed by their story and commitment to quality. But the real star is the bike itself. It’s absolutely gorgeous, lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, and a dream to ride. Assembly was a breeze, and knowing it comes with a lifetime warranty gives me total peace of mind. This brand has truly thought of everything, and I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase!

Several issues so far, the bike mostly seems ok, but the assembly process is not.

Bike came with no assembly instructions. They do have assembly instructions online in PDF and video form for many bikes, just not the one the sold me, a "Relaxed Body Semi Recumbent e-bike" which means you have to watch videos from various other bikes and piece it together. That stinks.

Also, the warranty registration for the text link they give you to register you get a 404 when doing so. The QR code takes you to a different link.

My wife is short (5 foot), the bike is for her (got it for her for Christmas and its finally warm enough to assemble and test), we tried the seat in the lowest position, and it wasnt quite low enough. Though there was no manual, it seems like we got an extra seat post so I wanted to see if that one was shorter. Problem is we cant extract the old one even with everything loosened. Its wedged in there. We can turn it slightly but 3 of us couldnt remove it. Making do so far with it like that.

Also, I ordered it late for Christmas (Dec 13), but it took 2 months to arrive with no updates/ETA. There were many "welcome to your new bike" emails etc that came long before I had it which seemed insensitive.

Construction (other than the seatpost thing) seems decent and build quality is good. Without manuals it was hard to figure out what screws did what for tightening handlebars etc. Even in the videos of some things like disc brakes they dont zoom in and the brakes arent the same anyway.

Overall it was a frustrating 3 hours of assembly.

I’m currently deciding between 3 SIXTHREEZERO models. I know I will be happy with any of the models I choose. I have been researching electric tricycles for over 7 months so after looking and riding many electric tricycles, I’ve decided SIXTHREEZERO has the best option of electric tricycles.

Marry is so awesome! LaDonna and I love our new bikes. Because of "March Madness" in our weather, we are still waiting to ride them. Today was around 80 degrees and tomorrow is a blizzard forecast with gusts up to 70 mph. Welcome to Iowa and the midwest. Roller coasters move over! We are seniors in mid seventy's and will take a little getting used to riding after many years. I've had Harley's years ago. Getting my body in shape is the main reason we got them. I just couldn't see myself on one of those health club stationary bike pedal machines-boring. Strangely, my Navy bike, upon registering, was listed as a women's bike. The men's was a flat black. We bought this trike after spending months considering Euro-style front box e-bikes to transport our three kids. This trike has been more fun, easier to store, easier to ride, easier to fit kids and gear, easier to park - thank anything we test drove. Trikes take about a week to get used to riding if you haven't ridden one before - completely natural after that.

The components are sturdy but not fancy / specialty - which makes service easy and less expensive DIY or at a shop. Some things are wanting (customer service is slow, the brakes need more frequent tightening / replacement due to the weight, brake lights stay on when the bike is parked & can drain the battery) - all minor issues when you look at the insane value for the price. We fully replaced our second car with this trike. 400 miles and counting!

I love my tricycle Rickshaw. I purchased so I could pick up my grandkids from school and it works great and I avoid all the traffic. My grandkids enjoy me picking the up in the tricycle more then the car. We also use to go on beach trails and the children couldn't be happier. Best purchase ever. My only request would be a Bimini or shade to protect them from the elements whether it's rain or sun. Thank very much 😊

I really love my trike. It affords me exercise and lots of fun. The trike is comfortable and easy to ride. I really like that I can start my ride off pedaling and intermittently switch to the assist mode to give my legs a little break. On and off, on and off makes my ride quite pleasurable. I highly recommend this trike to everyone who needs to add a bit of exercise and fun to their daily routine.

Part of what made my customer experience great is the quality product, for me the 2 different e-bikes I have ordered in the last 3 years; another is the very responsive and problem-solving customer service - I have been communicating with the same great CS person Emil whom I first reached over 3 years ago; and a third is Sixthreezero’s high degree of interest in informing the customer on all aspects of how to select the right bike for your riding experience, size and needs/wants, how to ride safely on the e-bike in particular, with videos of each e-bike they sell showing the particular features in action, critical measurements of things like maximum and minimum seat height to ground, distance of handlebar from seat, etc. I never realized how much difference not only for comfort but also for safety these things can make, especially on a motorized vehicle like an e-bike.

What made my experience with sixthreezero customer service was Anne in the live chat. Anne was very attentive and efficient. She cared about what I had to say and that means a lot. Thank you Anne!

A great experience. I emailed support with questions a few times trying to decide which e-bike. It so helpful to have all the videos to watch, especially the fitting ones. So much information. The final decision was made with help from support, and Ann gave the best suggestion on the final bike to chose. Easy to order and now I can’t wait to begin this Ezyjouney.

I had a few question from customer service and the department was always immediately to provide answers to my questions and concerns.I received 100% Customer Support and I was able to navigate our bike right away!

Love the e-bike and accessories!

It was shipped fast, straight to my house, and free! It was so simple to assemble and it's probably one of the best purchases I've ever made in my adult life. I love the back seat & fat tires. And probably 90% of the time I'm out riding I've had people flag me down on the street, stop me in parking lots, etc., just ask questions about it. I live in a pretty large city so I've even taken it downtown and made money giving rides. But the best part is it allows my uncle, who turned 70 last month, to ride with me. He is mentally handicapped and hasn't been on a bike ride in over 60 years & he absolutely LOVES it. I don't think I could more highly recommend an electric vehicle.

Purchased two simple Glide recumbent trikes for my wife and me.
When searching for trike I needed a one that would accommodate my right leg paralysis. This trike has it all. Seven speeds for pedaling, electric pedal assist, or full electric with throttle. Great stability, and comfortable seat. Great battery range. Only wish the seat folded down and seat arm rest were higher up to be functional, it looks on the newer models they may have corrected the low placement of the armrest.

We have loved our sixthreezero Rickshaw electric trike! We get to take our mother in law or kids in the back seat!

I've been riding around on my rickshaw for about 6 months, now. I really enjoy it. My kid is really comfortable on the backseat. The storage area is big enough for my emergency kit and gear.
I'm 5-foot(ish) and overweight. But, I'm still able to comfortably reach the pedals.
The motor on the front wheel is powerful, and assist mode makes it easy to get the bike going and cruising at a comfortable speed. The battery easily lasts more than 10miles on a single charge (I haven't gone further than that).
Sometimes, the battery doesn't line up properly. And, that prevents the bike from turning on. Also, the bike chain has a tendency to slip when changing into the smaller gears.
I wish there was a way to put a lock on the storage basket. And, I would like if there was a clock on the motor screen.

My ebike was within 3 days of going off warranty when I called sixthreezero. There was no run around and they immediately shipped a part to resolve the issue.

Since day 1 of communication with Cora, Anne, Mary, Dustin and Jeff has been top notch. Thank you to Cora for setting up the first appointment with Dustin to test the trikes. We returned again with Jeff assisting us.
When husband is ready to look at bikes we will definitely contact Sixthreezero.
