Used twice - very satisfied both times
Used twice - very satisfied both times. The airport transfer in Palermo / Italy to the apartment and back went smoothly. The driver picked us up in the airport lobby and drove us safely to the city center in a clean Mercedes E-Class. Water was provided for passengers in the car.

I’ve used this service more than 10 times over the past year and everything has always gone smoothly. The drivers have been punctual, the cars are in excellent condition and most of the time there’s even a small bottle of water provided. The app works perfectly as well. The prices are higher than Uber&co, but the quality has always matched.

Despite booking and payment
Despite booking and payment, the driver wasn't at the meeting point. Cartrawler / Sixt Ride doesn't check arrival times, despite the flight number. Now they've even informed me that I've canceled the paid order, even though that wasn't the case. The money was simply retained. I'll never use this service again!
