i got the sixpad S80 24 the 24th of…

i got the sixpad S80 24 the 24th of April 2025
today the 13th of June it wont charge i have emailed the company they did reply once to tell me things to do that i have already done i email them back but they have not replied back at the moment there customer service in my opinion at the moment is very low

Don't believe the hype

Only used a few times and it stops working after a couple of seconds, it's difficult to empty, wish I bought another brand .

Sixpad convert

Just bought the S80 and I'm really impressed by it. Hoovers up well and the design is great - everything fits together so much easier. Really light and a lot quieter than I expected. Has a pretty cool feature where you can hold the button down for a few seconds then it stays on. Loving the LED display. As with all cordless, you do get enough battery for a quick run around the house but would be nice if they could figure out how to get a bit more out the battery when you've had the power setting up high for a few minutes

SixPad Vacuum Cleaner

I have had the unit for several months and have not been able to use it for more that 5 minutes. The suction is also very poor.
The battery does not charge despite the light going out.
I don't seem to be able to contact them for help with the issues I am having.
I would not recommend this unit.

Re-born Housekeeper

I'm not a vacum mad person, just clean when it needs it.
Now, when it arrived and the size was mmm not going to be impressive, but how wrong I was! My old hoover (Vacum) was never able to pick the fluff off my bedroom carpet. The Staubsauger S80, on the low setting...no problem at all. The light at the front is great, the lack of a cord is great, the attachments also.
I am VERY impressed.

I emailed them number of times to…

I emailed them number of times to request the invoice. They haven't emailed me anything. Also hoover broken down in few months.

They managed to reply my email but haven't sent any invoice. If your email are getting delivered than you should able send invoice aswell.

Excellent communication

I placed my order in good faith but became suspicious when I didn't receive any communication regarding my order and decided to cancel. After a discussion with the company my payment was promptly refunded in full.
I think this has been a learning curve for the company and they will hopefully improve their communications.

Customer service is excellent

When our sixpad vacuum arrived which was a fast delivery! At first we were unsure but contact with customer care was easy and swift with all our doubts being laid to rest,the use of this lightweight vacuum is a pleasure so powerful and efficient really glad we decided to keep this vacuum

A very good product, worth buying.

I was dubious when I received this product that it would be up to the job. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

It is lightweight, very flexible, and really quiet.
Suction is good, with 3 settings, the battery is long lasting as they state. Obviously if you use the highest suction setting it will need charging sooner. I have been able to hoover a three bed home without the battery running out. Before submitting this review I have taken time to try it out. No issues.

This beats a Dyson any day.

I bought the SIXPAD S80 as the reviews…

I bought the SIXPAD S80 as the reviews were very good. First time using it I thought the suction was not very strong. I emailed them and a very helpful person named Annie replied suggesting different things to check. I didn’t realise that you could increase suction. Now very very pleased. Would definitely recommend if you have long hair cats!!

Awesome hoover

When I bought the six pad vacuum…

When I bought the six pad vacuum ,looked a review done by an independent reviewer of different types of cordless vacuums who rated the six pad at 9.5 on the star rating. I purchased the vacuum on his recommendation. I arrived well packaged and in an acceptable time .I am extremely pleased with the quality of the vac.However it had a faulty battery, I contacted Annie Tsu a representative the company, who was exceptionally helpful and incredibly courteous, and indeed very prompt in her reply. She sent me a replacement battery, free of charge, which also came with in a few days,extremely well packaged.I highly recommend company.
