DO NOT GO!

DO NOT GO...as soon as I went to the front to check my tickets, the workers didn't know what they were doing! So it took me 10 minutes to wait to get in the park. After getting in, me and my kids went to the locker rooms to put our belongings away and the locker wouldn't even open! I tried using my key and asking one of the staffs and they couldn't open it either, so we had to use another locker. When we went to the water park, it didn't look clean. We went to the shop store to get some supplies, when I bought a stuffed animal the bear was old and not even fixed together right! The last thing that makes me want to sue the whole park was when my son and daughter went on the 'Poison Ivy Toxic Spin' and the bars were lap safety bars, but for my son, it didn't even click twice. The safety bar was supposed to click twice and not once, plus the kids that 'helped' with his safety strap were like fourteen years old! And didn't know what they were doing! Once the ride started and went into big loops, my son was struggling to stay in his seat, but luckily I put my hand near him so he wouldn't fall out his seat.Very poor amusement park.

Me and my friends Jeff and Danny…

Me and my friends Jeff and Danny visited this location in our full comiccon cosplay and we were relentlessly made fun of by EMPLOYEES! That is unacceptable! I would think six flags would be more inclusive! Not so judgemental! Also, the corn dogs were stale and smelt of soggy cardboard.

Poor customer service and shady billing practices

At the start of the quarantine, I paused my subscription. Without notice I was charged for 3 months back, plus a reactivation fee. They claimed it was because of credit card decline. My card has no issues, all of my auto bills go through this card and it is nearly unlimited funds available. I was never contacted if there were issues. Not to mention, we are still in quarantine. Emails to the company were cold, and were not helpful in a resolution. Second issue, about a year ago I was going to cancel my subscription, was offered a discounted rate to stay, I agreed, but the discount was never applied. Through emails they claim I never accepted the discount, and it still available if I want it. No offer to comprise, didnt even thank me for being a valued customer. I am very disappointed with my experience over the past 4 plus years I have been a member, now ex-member.

Six Flags general review for…

Six Flags general review for security...
Frontier City/Six Flags Membership revoked from elderly person for 99 years due to carring a p-38 military can opener on her key chain. Security called it a knife with a sharp blade. Really??? It may have a sharp point like a safety pin but it doesn't have a sharp blade.
