So happy to work with this team!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Six Figure Business Coaching for several years, and I can confidently say that they are a wonderful, ethical team that truly cares about both their clients and the VAs. They’ve been instrumental in helping me hire top-notch talent, including a marketing VA and bookkeepers. What I especially appreciate is that they don’t mark up the labor of the VAs, making their services much more affordable for clients like me.

Six Figure Business Coaching takes the time to interview, vet, and train the VAs, ensuring they are highly qualified for the job. However, the VAs don’t work for them—they work directly for us, which is why there is no markup on their labor. They are not an outsourcing agency; instead, they help us hire the right team members and provide ongoing support during the onboarding process.

They also provide valuable guidance on starting rates, salaries, and important benefits such as the 13th month, paid vacations, bonuses, and raises, ensuring fair and competitive compensation. Hiring talent from the Philippines has been a win-win for my business. As a start-up, I would not have been able to afford help at this stage without the more affordable wages in the Philippines. My team there is paid a high wage compared to their locally hired peers, and they are thriving as well. I’m truly grateful for the support and advice I’ve received from Six Figure Business Coaching!

I regret investing in this six-figure…

I regret investing in this six-figure business coaching program, particularly for their virtual assistant (VA) hiring services, which turned out to be incredibly misleading and unprofessional. I was new to working with VAs and relied on their expertise to provide someone competent and trustworthy. They assured me their VA had undergone rigorous training, was exceptionally skilled, and had delivered outstanding results on their own website projects. However, they failed to disclose crucial information about her background. It wasn’t until later that I discovered I was her first client and that she was simultaneously working for the agency itself, handling tasks like their podcast and marketing.

Within the first month, I raised concerns that the VA was falling behind on tasks. The agency dismissed my feedback, insisting I give her more time and utilize tools like Trello to streamline communication. Despite this, issues persisted. The VA often claimed to be an expert, yet her work consistently failed to meet expectations. When I monitored her hours and physical activity using screenshots, I found discrepancies. Some hours billed to me were unrelated to my projects, which I promptly reported to the agency. Rather than addressing these valid concerns, they avoided the issue entirely, repeatedly emphasizing the VA's character instead of confronting the actual problems.

This pattern of dismissive behavior, coupled with their lack of transparency and accountability, highlights a deeply flawed and misleading operation. They ignored evidence of mismanagement, failed to vet their VAs properly, and prioritized protecting their reputation over supporting their clients. I would not recommend this coaching program to anyone looking for reliable guidance or integrity in their business practices.

UPDATE:
**This company not only exploits Filipino workers but also silences anyone who calls them out.**

Apparently, they remove negative comments from their YouTube videos to hide the truth. I responded to a video where they discussed, *"Is it ETHICAL to hire from the Philippines?"* and pointed out that paying skilled Filipino VAs just $2-$3 per hour in a third-world country is exploitation, not opportunity. Instead of addressing valid concerns, they deleted my comment.

Meanwhile, the owner brags about her company making millions while Filipino workers struggle to afford basic necessities. If you claim to be so successful, why not pay fair wages instead of treating Filipino VAs like a sweatshop workforce? This company profits off cheap labor while pretending it’s ethical—yet refuses to hire American VAs at the same rates.

**If you have to silence criticism, it’s because you know you’re doing something wrong.** Hiding the truth doesn’t change the fact that this business thrives on underpaying hard-working people in poverty. Disgusting and unethical. Slave Labor Nazis

Annette,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you feel this way. While it’s never easy to receive a review like this, we believe it’s important to respond with professionalism, honesty, and transparency—values that guide everything we do.

First, we want to clarify that you are still actively using our software and our Software VA support, which we’re happy to continue providing. We appreciate that you see the value in that part of our business and remain committed to delivering support where it’s needed.

That said, we take accusations like these seriously and feel it’s important to share the full context:
✅ You were matched with your MVA in March and worked together for eight months without requesting a replacement or escalating any major concerns until the final weeks.
✅ Our agreement clearly outlines a 60-day replacement window, designed to address any MVA-client fit issues early.
✅ Our MVAs, including the one assigned to you, complete a structured training program before working with clients. The MVA in question produced exceptional work during her paid internship having edited and designed content for 11 total videos for us. So we know she is more than capable of producing video and social content as our program is designed. Our team loved working with her.
✅ Deviating from our recommended project management process made it challenging for your MVA to perform optimally. While we understand every business is different, our systems are designed to prevent exactly the types of issues you experienced.

At every point, we did our best to address your concerns professionally. However, when financial compensation was requested outside of the agreed-upon terms—nearly a year after enrollment—we were unable to honor that request.

Regarding the broader accusations:
Our company was founded on the belief that global talent deserves access to meaningful, well-paid work. We pay our MVAs above local market rates, we do not upcharge our clients as many agencies do, we provide ongoing full access to a training portal, and create opportunities that many of them have shared are life-changing. The suggestion that we exploit or mistreat our team is not only inaccurate but deeply hurtful to the hard-working individuals who choose to work with us.

Finally, we understand your frustration and wish you the best in your business. However, due to the nature of your recent communications—including legal threats and personal attacks—we’ve asked that all future correspondence go through your legal representation.

We remain proud of our program, our team, and the results we’ve helped so many clients achieve. While we know we’re not the right fit for everyone, integrity, transparency, and respect remain the cornerstones of how we operate.
