Evengi was waiting for us when we stepped out of the airport. He explained everything about the car and the traffic rules. He was also there waiting for us when we returned to the airport. The whole process was very easy and comfortable.

Best car rental experience I could have imagined, staff was really helpful, replied almost instantly to any questions via WhatsApp. The car itself (Toyota Yaris 1.33L Automatic) was perfect, it had everything we needed, handled steep roads effortlessly, and had a very low fuel usage.

I made reservation with e-mail from sitngo website. It's so good that you can see the real and only prices from website. I chose 15€ full coverage per day and I recommend it. When we arrived airport Evgeniy greeted us with our name, the car was ready in the parking lot. We payed the exact same price that we negotiated, and that was it. No deposit, no hidden fees. And when we return the car, he only checked the fuel and cleaning outside and inside and that was it. He also mentioned the extra payments if the car was not clean, so we cleaned it before the return. And that was it. And also thanks,communication was so easy and fast. I recommend everyone who are planing to rent a car in montenegro.

Easy, reliable and best of all... NO HIDDEN FEES. What you sign up for is what you get. Thanks to Leo and Evgeniy for the smooth pick-up and drop-off. They were there at the Airport on our arrival, and picked the car up at the accomodation in Podgorica. Our trip was through the entire country and for this our little Toyota Hybrid SUV was excellent . They even provided snow chains in case we needed them (we didn't). One thing I will say, and it's just a minor thing, is that we didn't have a scrapper for snow and frost for the windshield. In the mountains, with minus degrees, sometimes you had to wait a bit for the car to warm up and be able to remove the frost and snow with the heating. Other than that, a very smooth experience in the service. The driving bit in Montenegro, well that's just a whole different experience that you'll have to find out once you get here and rent a car from SitNGo.😂

Communication was over email, payment in cash, New 2025 car, neat and clean, with enough petrol to get started. Advance payment when picking up the car but no card payment as security deposit. The car did what it was supposed, drove throughout the country’s mountains, coastal regions. Team who came to drop and pick up were kind and down to earth, explained clearly, wrote the contract in front of me. Transperent, and Honest. Very good experience. Glad to have them chosen.
