Every software is only as good as the service when facing some troubles. I had two major design problems, which got fixed by two helpful service people within a few hours and the bigger one in a few days. The software is not cheap when having a lot of traffic on your page, but I can recommend it, because there are actually real people helping you when facing a problem and not bots that point out to help pages. All the details about result managing and analytics are great to get the best results for your customers and to get new ideas of what people are looking for.

Site Search 360 is a great tool! I had a few minor bumps in the road to setting it up properly (due to the complexities of multiple domains, etc.), but Abbie and the team were there to help me all the way. It works perfectly (thanks to Site Search's customer service team) and looks great!

Fantastic customer support! I would recommend them to a friend or collegue. Website maintainance is something that was added to my job description when someone else retired, so there is still a lot for me to learn. The interface is moderately easy to use, and when assistance is needed the support team is the best I have found.

There are many features and the customer support team is there to help you with them. Their blog and webinars are great! It is nice to know that a company still values customer service and puts out a great product.

Awesome platform and an almost seamless integration with our Lightspeed shop. Some settings are difficult to understand. I suggest adding a few examples per setting to really understand what you're tweaking.

But that's just optimizing and a few settings that were hard to understand for me. Initial setup was a breeze. Easy, fast and within minutes Search360 was online and working better than most.
