Really disappointing. I have fed back that the treatment and follow up have not been impactful. The only response I received was ‘we have cancelled your next appointment’. Fine by me as I wouldn’t have paid for another treatment. I’ll find a better place.

The doctor who did my procedure, Dr Talya, was very professional throughout. She asked exactly what I want and delivered. She also has the lightest touch out of everyone who has ever given me anti-wrinkle treatment.

Recently has treatment with Dr Imana in Hampstead and I cannot recommend her enough. She took the time and effort to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable. Sydney on front of house was also amazing. Highly recommend and will be back!

Had the 3 areas for Botox with 1 free area. Services was great and friendly, informative and the procedure was quick and efficient. Aftercare was provided and an appointment to come back in 2 weeks to check the areas. I would definitely recommend this clinic

I have been a client of Sisu for 4 years now and each and every time I have visited the front of house are so welcoming and organised. The Doctors are also welcoming, they take time to explain each treatment and provide advice. They are so kind and professional. Dr Sonia is my current Dr and she is amazing. I have had different people complete a lip filler treatment on my lips and Dr Sonia has been the best, the results are exactly what I have always wanted and she just knew. She also does my Botox and knows exactly what areas require attention.

I turned up to my appointment on the wrong day which was completely my fault. I had travelled from Kent and Noor the lovely receptionist was really sympathetic and made the extra effort to fit me in when they were fully booked. Dr Imaana was very professional, reassuring and I felt instantly at ease. I’m looking forward to seeing the results of my Botox but so far I couldn’t recommend them enough. The clinic felt very clean and sterile in the best possible way.

I had botox for general lifting and a lip flip, plus some subtle fillers with Dr.Nila. I am so happy with the results! I don't look obviously frozen and puffed up, i just look younger and healthier.
People are always surprised when i tell them my age (54) and generally think i'm in my mid30s. They're also surprised when i tell them i have botox!

I attended Sisu Limerick for Botox treatment on Saturday, 16 May, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.

The entire appointment lasted approximately 90 seconds and felt incredibly rushed and transactional. I understand aesthetics is a business, but it is still a medical procedure that requires proper care, attention, and professionalism.

When I questioned how quickly the treatment was completed, I was met with arrogance rather than reassurance. I was told that “when you’ve been injecting for 14 years, it’s quick.” I was also assured I would have no bruising.

By Monday, my eyes began to feel unusually heavy. By Tuesday, both eyelids had become noticeably droopy, to the point where colleagues commented that I looked “sad.” As of 20 May, the needle marks are still visible.

The outcome was distressing enough that I sought help from a different Sisu doctor to correct the work. Thankfully, she was absolutely fantastic. Kind, caring, professional, and understanding. She has now started a dissolving process less than a week after the original treatment, which is incredibly disappointing and upsetting.

The experience affected my confidence so much that I even cut a fringe to try and hide the result.

I would strongly encourage more care, consultation, and professionalism during treatments, especially when patients raise concerns.

I had a great experience with my polynucleotide treatment at Sisu Clinic. I booked a course of three sessions and received friendly, professional service throughout, starting from the initial consultation where there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the procedure.

Both Dr Nila and Dr Imana were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during the treatments. I’m really pleased with the results so far — I’ve noticed a visible reduction in my under-eye bags and shadows, and my eye area looks much fresher overall. I’d definitely recommend the clinic and team.

She is very knowledgeable and i feel very comfortable with her. She listens to any concerns that I have and advises accordingly.
