I was notified the CPAP Machine I was interested in was back in stock on a Friday. I then placed my order via SistemmaCPAP.com the next day and it arrived by USPS Priority Mail on Thursday. Along the way Stephen contacted me to ensure I had everything I needed and he was responsive to a request for my insurance pre-certification. Excellent customer experience that I wish was the standard today.

The product I purchased from SistemmaCPAP was in excellent condition and directly from the original equipment manufacturer, ResMed, and NOT just a 'knock off' brand. Thank you.
However, since this was a direct order, without perscription or doctor approval, I thought the price should have been consideralbly lower.

This was my first order through SistemmaCPAP and I was very impressed.
They were able to offer a system that no one had available. And I had some hesitation to place my order.
The system was supposed to reach me on a Saturday right before checking out of my hotel. (Tight)
In fact I got an early delivery on Thursday.
They kept me informed every step of the way.
This was a really pleasant experience.

I needed to replace my bipap machine due a product recall and the fact that Medicare would not replace mine because it was only 3 years old. I could not live without my machine so decided to bite the bullet and buy one out of pocket. I was told by my Dr/DME supplier that I needed to get a Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV. I searched suppliers and the internet, ultimately finding one at SistemmaCPAP. Steven was extremely helpful and even shipped my system early when it arrived in AZ early. Steven answered all my questions and was super. Great service. Loving the new machine and very happy with my purchase. Simple set-up and simple to use

Was prescribed a CPAP by my Dr. And was told to get on this therapy immediately!
It took two weeks for my local respiratory provider to reach out to me, only to tell me they don't have any machines in stock and won't have for two to three weeks "maybe."
Not very "immediately"!!
I contacted Steven at Sistema.
What a great experience, he had the CPAP machine in stock, I had it on my door step the next day!
I was new to all of this CPAP therapy. Steven took his time and explained the different options for masks and what to expect getting started with my therapy.
Then he sent me an email of encouragement, spurring me on to stay positive about my CPAP therapy and stick with it, though, some times getting started can be tough. That really meant a lot to me.

Then after a sleep study, my Dr. Had me chang to an EPAP with ASV.
Same problem with my local respiratory provider. No machines, won't have for weeks. They told me if I can find one somewhere else.... Get it...
So I called Steven, and the next day I had my new mechine.

Luckily, I happened across Sistemma's website when searching for replacements for our recalled cpaps. I started a chat with Steven, had many questions over two days, and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I got the feeling that he genuinely cared about his customers and the service they received. Ordering the Air Sense 10 machines was easy, quick and a smooth process, plus I received them the second day after they were ordered. Set up was pretty easy, but a phone call walked me through some features for which I had questions. The price was better than the other websites I checked out, and was happy to find out he was "local" (in AZ), not some nebulous place clear across the U.S. All I can say is, there are not enough" stars" to give to Steven or Sistemma CPAP as far as I am concerned! I cannot recall the last time I received such exemplary customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing CPAP equipment or supplies...a company you can trust.

Steven assisted me in purchased a BiPAP device - he was easy to contact and very easy to deal with over the phone and e-mail. The device came the very next day, as promised. The price on the unit was also the least expensive that I was able to find on the net.
