Really bad product
I bought their Prestashop app for my site and while I was doing the stup I find out that the app is free. I thought some teenage boy must be doing a toon of money with their app in Prestasho...nop...they are the ones charging Prestashop users free stuff. At this point I should know I was in the wrong hands but ... I did an experiment for almost 3 months with them, 2 1/2 of those waiting for their server to synchronize my images!!!!...at this point I should know already if their servers need sooooo much time to do that how good they perform....but....Then I try to ask them if for some weird reason their servers were in maintenance one I was able to fully test their service....they gave me the go around ...we will check...and finally 3 months later I come to my reason and cancel the service....at least that is what I'm trying to do without success so far without success...guess what I have to wait for a cancellation confirmation from their server...lol...shame on me!!! They fool me like 10 times...shame on me!!
Thank you for your reply but is not true. All the metrics on my site were completely down. The grade on my page according to GT metric changes from 80 to 45, according to google speed insights from C to D...so
Completely misleading what you answer and it did not took a week to upload the images it was almost a month and I did not accept your refund for the money because you condition that to me changing my review to an excellent which I'm not doing because companies like yours need to be evaluated for what they do and they offer and your product and services is what many will call a scam.

We are very sorry that the PrestaShop addon didn't meet your expectations Rafael. It is provided free-of-charge from sirv.com but the rules of the PrestaShop app store require addons to be paid. We offered you a refund for the addon, which you declined. After installation, you synchronised 200,000 images to Sirv, which took more than 1 week because you kept closing the sync window. If you left it running in the background, it would have completed within 4 days. When your images were served from Sirv CDN, the performance was excellent - your images were 56% better optimised and each request loaded up to 70% faster. An additional sirv.js file was added to your page, which PageSpeed Insights flagged as being an opportunity for further optimisation. We have since added async to that file and we are due to release a new version of sirv.js with performance optimisations. While the Sirv PrestaShop addon was in use on your store, your performance report improved for all of the following metrics: Serve images in next-gen formats; Use lazy-loading; Optimize images; Serve scaled images; Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN); Leverage browser caching; Minify CSS; Minify JavaScript. We would be pleased to help you in the future and have offered to configure your site entirely so that no effort or cost is required, so that you may try our PrestaShop addon again. Update in response to revised review: We apologise again Rafael that you were not satisfied but please try to be as accurate as possible in your comments. 1. Your GTMetrix score with Sirv enabled was 80%, tested from the nearest test location to your users (San Antonio), as per this report https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.gprindustrial.com/QBOLU6Wj/. 2. The waterfall tab shows that files from your Sirv account loaded faster than all other assets on your page, even faster than files from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing and Facebook. 3. We have not contacted you since you left your review and have made no such request for you to edit your review.
On the positive side, this process has given us new ideas for addon improvements, which our users can look forward to in the weeks and months ahead.

A very steep learning curve
A very steep learning curve. I struggled to use it and I am a software engineer not sure how others are using it. Customer service is good but lacks documentation if you want to do it yourself. I tried other similar services but they are the best so far. The service is still not mature yet and it will take time before a user uses them the way they want.
