A regrettable experience with the company unfolded as they provided a lie regarding the dispatch of my order, causing considerable inconvenience on the eve of a family wedding. This resulted in a last-minute scramble around London to secure a suitable replacement. Regrettably, attempts to communicate via their phone lines proved fruitless, and the customer service team's effectiveness was notably lacking. I would strongly advise seeking alternative options to spare others from similar predicaments.

I had a seamless speedy delivery from the point of order. Upon receipt I was very pleased with the quality finish and material of the boys suits I had ordered. They have an excellent customer service. They come highly recommended for value for money & quality. I will be using them again for sure.

They sent the wrong item, wedding too close to wait so emailed, no reply and then took the chance and ordered the correct size and guess what!! I paid, email next day say we have sold out of the size you want so we've sent you bigger! Why, just issue the refund!!! Better still don't advertise stock you do not have in!

I ordered this tux for my son’s communion a week before the date. I contacted the store afraid that it would not be possible. But Lena made it happen, it arrived the next day from the UK to the US. I was so excited and felt that the suit really completed the day. l will be ordering again soon.

There is nothing negative I could say about this company.. speedy delivery of extremely high quality products. Excellent customer service. I'm so glad I found this company and I will 100% use them again and I 100% recommend them.

I brought a shirt for my son it is really good material and perfect fit for him. I ordered a week before Holiday and was worried how it's going to be and how do I bring it to the party( Switzerland). Then I sent an email to them they replied that they had already sent it on that day I have received the item and I am happy with the product. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the quality and reasonable price to buy party clothes. I will definitely use this website again.

I asked if paypal was accepted and got a peompt confirmstion response, I was worried about the shoe sizes as i ordered three pairs but they all fit perfectly. They also looked exactly as the website. The parcel was tracked all the way. Really impresed with the whole experience. I will definitely buy again. Javid

Flawless product plus great service really impressed

The shoes arrived fairly quick and we're even better than I'd hoped from the pictures only problem was the size printed on them was a 7/41 when the actual size of the shoe was a 10 making them far to big. I then contacted customer service to resolve the issue which they quickly did by calling and asking if there was a similar model of shoe.i would like as a replacement as there was no size 7 left. They then quickly refunded my money and told me to keep the shoes. You can't ask for more than that.

I’ve never experienced better costumer service in my life! Sirri is an outstanding company that provides immediate assistance every step of the way. I ordered my son a suit for his confirmation - not only did it ship in two days but when it arrived I was blown away by the quality! It’s gorgeous! They have me as a forever costumer and I’ll be buying suits for all three of my sons as well as my husband from them! I highly recommend!!!

I was very unhappy that I received wrong item with my order as shirt is needed for wedding. Lena at customer service apologised for mistake and made sure correct shirt was sent out next day delivery without charge.
Lena gave 5* customer service but disappointed that I had a wrong order for 2nd time. Hopefully my refund of other wrong items is dealt with soon.
