unacceptable. fraudulent delivery times. products arrive weeks after specified date or not at all (haven’t received my product yet). Customer service cannot help.

Try to call 100 times (NO ANSWER) only emails.
They sent me a track number through DHL but with out proof of signature and no Delivery address..??
DHL never helped.
