Avoid like the Plague!!!!!!! Not worth it
Service was AWFUL part took 3 weeks to come back they were useless. They even blamed me for delay even though they posted it and was an internal issue with them eventually got the part back and it does not work. Sinspeed will not do anything about it pls avoid like the plague!!!! Not worth your time or money.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE - You only need to look at other reviews. Same issue... posted a part for testing and repair... message to tell me they can only test half and its fine with a bill for £70. It doesn't make any sense that they could only test half - its not a cake. These guys now have my part. I've begun legal action against them.
They don’t have a clue
We sent a clutch actuator for testing which their website suggests they are very competent at doing. Turnaround advise at one week. After four weeks I rang to see what was happening, to eventually be told they found no fault. In the meantime there is practically no way to contact the place remotely and the receptionist is truly clueless. On return of the part, it was still faulting and so replaced with a new one - problem fixed. Genuinely I don’t think they did anything with our part to test it or otherwise. Their incompetence made the cost of our repair much, much more expensive than it would otherwise have been with he extra labour, not to mention the car was off the road for nearly two months because of Sinspeeds failings.
Do not use...refund still due after 6 months
We have been waiting since February for a refund from this company...PLEASE DO NOT USE.
We sent a gearbox actuator to be repaired, and paid in full. We were informed that they are unable to complete the repair and returned the item.
Initially we agreed to a partial refund as they claimed it took them time to investigate the fault, since then we have had minimal contact and no response to our questions. We chase twice a week with no outcome.
Please also be aware that their telephone/support number has never worked. So do not expect to reach anybody in person.

Do not send anything to them for repair especially your main engine ECU!!! You wont see it again but you will have been persuaded to pay upfront. AVOID!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is probably the worst Company I have ever dealt with. All my statements are facts. You call and speak to the staff that can't be understood properly. You finally manage to convey your needs and are promised a call back.....this never happens. If you ring and someone answers they promise to call back and when flustered because nobody knows what is happening you get cut off. I have rang over 30 times to speak to the manager who is forever in meetings. So today I have asked for my part to be returned so I can go somewhere else.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY - SO MUCH STRESS AND NO FURTHER ON AFTER 3 WEEKS NOW SO I ASKED TO HAVE THE PART RETURNED. THEY LADY SAID YES AND HUNG UP ON ME.

Incompetent
We sent a Jaguar throttle body in for repair, on the basis of the very slick website. Should have read Trustpilot first. No responses for weeks, then 'it is with our research team'. They tried to up the repair cost. Like a fool I believed them weeks later the unit was returned, not even cleaned. I don't believe anything was done. On refitting the fault codes and symptoms were exactly as before. Incompetent, probably fraudulent and should be reported to Trading Standards. Please, please avoid.
Shambolic, trust them at your peril
Sinspeed's detailed description of the Teves Mk 60's well known ESP design fault and their solution prompted me to send my unit for repair. It had been repaired successfully on three previous occasions, at three yearly intervals by another firm, each time for the same fault.
Sinspeed claimed it was tested and beyond repair but with no explanation, which I've asked for and still not received. They offered a refurbished unit for roughly £140 +vat more than the going rate elsewhere. When I declined, they tried to charge a test fee of £125 + vat, suddenly up from the quoted £65 +vat.
They agreed I could collect my failed unit, at a time specified by them, but when I got there they couldn't find It and insisted I wait outside while they searched for probably 15-20 minutes, without success. Given my wasted journey, they agreed to send the unit to me at a different address that I specified. But they got this wrong and sent it my first address.
In my view, they try to portray themselves as a well organised, efficient, reliable company, whereas in my experience they are the exact opposite and totally disorganised in every respect.
Avoid
Workshop resembles a car scrap/graveyard. Incapable of giving a straight answer if they reply. Did eventually return the ECU untested without explanation after 4 weeks. Avoid

This company I thought was just the company I needed when I had gear problems on my Smart car as I was sure that either my clutch or gear actuator was at fault. Spoke to Zak eventually who assured me that he could test both items and have them back to me (repaired if needed to be) in about a week. Sent them next day by DHL as he suggested and they arrived the next day (signed for).
This is where it all goes wrong, I tried phoning every day for a week but no answer. When I eventually got an answer I was told that they have no record of my units being delivered. Long story short they eventually found my units and after another 4-5 weeks of many phone calls and a loads of lies, they informed me that they couldn't find any faults with them so once they eventually sent them back, at 3 times the price that it cost me to send them, I fitted units back to vehicle and continued diagnosing problem. Found clutch was faulty, which I changed, then clutch didn't work so took the clutch actuator off and found that it was seized and didn't work. So £500 pound later I've had to change a unit that they've tested and said there's nothing wrong with it.
I'm going to ask for a refund for the unit that they have tested with a incorrect outcome. Not going to hold my breath on that though!
There are other companies that can do this testing!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is so fraudulent it’s unbelievable.
March 2022 I paid them £452-50 on 19th March 2022 to replace two CAS cassettes, FINALLY after chasing them for months and months, lie upon lie saying they were waiting for “parts”. 98% of the time not replying to messages, emails or telephone messages. Finally in September, they sent them through, only to be absolutely useless as they didn’t work, they were the same ones as we sent them after they said they replaced them!!!
It took a further 3 months, late November, to get my money back right up to the point of taking them to court after several recorded letters and the threat of court action.
I can only think all the 5 star reviews are their own employees!!!!

This company is fraud! Back in March they received my ABS pump for repair and i paid GBP419 as they ask for. Ever since then they have given me lie upon lie for not returning it and literally stolen my ABS pump and GBP419 - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY! High rates here must be from their own group to cover their shady theft! Shame on YOU Sinspeed…
Fantastic Service - Fixed my ABS fault.
Fantastic service, can only assume the last few are sour competitors. I went in this morning with a booking for 9am, my vehicle was on the ramps by 9.15am and I went for a stroll around the town center - which, by the way is beautiful as they have a lovely indoor market with lots to explore and of course the Cutty Sark and the Museum, which is free to enter :)
By lunch time I got a call to say they had fixed the fault with my ABS (brake pressure sensor fault) and noted that my service indicator was on. Their price was fair so I opted to have the service done at the same time. I think I got back to the garage around 4.30ish and they were just finishing up.
The drive home was a pleasant one, no warning lights on the display and the traction control / ABS system works again.
I cannot recommend them enough and if you were closer to me, I would definitely use Sinspeed as my regular servicing garage - it's just a shame I live 65 miles away.
Terrible shop!
When I confirmed in advance, I received a reply that it could be completely repaired in a few days.
However, even after two weeks had passed since the actuator arrived at the shop, no contact was made.
When I sent a status confirmation email, I received a reply that I could return it after two weeks had passed since it could not be repaired at the shop.
(I took 1.5 months from sending to receiving the actuator.)
When I checked the returned actuator, the potentiometer was broken and didn't work.
I confirmed that the operation was complete before shipping, and if it was broken by transportation, there should be debris inside, but I was sure it was broken at the shop because there was no debris.
After that, I requested a refund, but I can't get a reply to the email.
This is not only a slow response, but it is the worst one that will destroy the actuator and will not respond to refunds.
Please be careful.

I should have gone with my initial gut feeling. Booked my car in for repair of faulty ABS Module. Quoted a price and 5-7 days to complete.
Dropped my car of on the Wednesday and phoned Thursday afternoon to ask if they had diagnosed the fault. I was told "You only dropped it off yesterday". Great start.
Had a call to say the unit was repairable but needed additional parts. Then told my discs and four tyres were badly worn, which may affect the operation of the module!!!! What?
They could replace the discs for £328!!!! and provide part worn tyres. They wouldn't let the car leave the garage as in their view the car was illegal and dangerous.
So i accepted the tyres but not the discs. They took another three days to complete this.
I had lost the locking wheel nut which i told them about from day one and they did source a new one from MB which cost £50, however, when looking, it looks suspiciously like a second hand one they found in the back of their garage, however I'll give them a mark for at least providing a replacement.
Finally i went to collect the car after two working weeks and as mentioned in a previous post by someone else, surprise, surprise their machine wasn't working and they asked if i had cash! Really?
Went to bank got the cash and asked for a receipt. Apparently the invoice is the receipt! No i want a receipt please.
Car appears fixed but i have little confidence that they have done what they should have and cross my fingers every time i get in the car.
Finally the customer service is absolutely rubbish. The guy who I initially gave my keys to on day 1, the same guy who called me to tell me about the additional work required, (Zac I think it was), had an aggressive manner, was very nonchalant and when it came to paying couldn't even be bothered to talk through everything or even hand the car back, leaving it to one of the office girls.
If this is how he acts in person, what is he like with your car?
Read all the reviews you can find, (except the facebook ones, which are so good and over the top and must have been written by family and/or staff), before using Sinspeed.
Maybe this was a one off? Probably not!
