I put my profile on this dating site, it seemed all good, realised you can't see anyone's photos, messages until you subscribed. I was cautious and selected the least amount of money to spend. Lucky for me my payment would not go through even with the pop up security code from my bank.
I rang the bank to complain they stopped it and advised I get on Trustpilot & read the companies reviews. That changed my mind. Was able to log in and delete my profile and account. Next please ....

I signed up for Singles50 hoping to meet real people in my age group, but my experience was disappointing. Almost every profile seems fake or AI-generated. The photos are too perfect, often with subtle distortions in hands, eyes, or backgrounds that give away they aren’t real.
From the very beginning, the site pushes you to pay for a premium subscription just to see messages and photos. It feels like a classic “pay first, verify never” setup. Many profiles look like they exist solely to get users to subscribe.
I would not recommend Singles50 for anyone looking for genuine connections. If you enjoy wasting money on fake profiles and AI images, maybe it’s for you—but if you want real people and honest interaction, look elsewhere.

I was hopeful with new opportunities to connect. Setup my account, I started receiving alot of messages but you can’t see anything or respond unless you subscribe. And after reading other experiences here about the subscription I think I’ll follow my gut feeling and not subscribe 😔

My experience with Singles50 has been overwhelmingly negative. The platform presents itself as a serious dating service, but in reality it relies heavily on misleading tactics and unclear subscription practices. After signing up, I quickly realized that essential features are locked behind expensive paid plans, and the information about automatic renewals is far from transparent.
Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond, and canceling the subscription proved unnecessarily complicated. The overall service quality does not justify the cost, and the user experience feels designed to push you into paying rather than genuinely helping you connect with real people.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and to read every detail before subscribing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Singles50

I am very disappointed in the treatment I have received. I feel this site is extremely over priced and a lot of profiles are fake. Would not recommend at all, I think Zoosk or Tinder are better dating sites!

Singles 50 is the only site for mature aged people that has given me the best responses. The interaction with members has been great. I tried 2 of the other better ranked sites but didn’t have a great response. The site is easy to navigate.

Trying to use this platform on a phone is terrible, Misleading advertising on ambiguous pricing, no comeback on the company after huge amount deducted from my account No refunds if you cancel early. Constant emails with matches outside my "selected" parameters and very little comeback because of the "accepted" terms and conditions which they use to their advantage.

Unethical Billing and Misleading Practices by Singles50
I am extremely disappointed and angered by my experience with Singles50. I subscribed to a three-month plan, yet after only one month, the company attempted to debit my account for three times the original subscription amount.
At no point during sign-up was there any clear disclosure of an automatic renewal — especially not at such an exorbitant rate. Once subscribed, it becomes evident that the platform is deliberately designed to conceal subscription details. You cannot view, manage, or cancel your subscription from your profile.
The service itself is misleading. You are enticed into believing that a paid subscription will unlock meaningful features, only to discover there is virtually no improvement compared to the free version. The app is poorly built, unreliable, and offers little to no real value.
What’s worse, Singles50 traps users by making cancellation impossible. You are told to email support to unsubscribe — yet no one responds while the company continues attempting to withdraw large, unauthorized amounts from your account.
This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and borders on fraudulent. I demand immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full explanation for these deceptive practices.

I subscribed on this site for a month and on the day the month expired I gave notice to cancel subscription. Needless to say they so blinded by their T&C's, I can't cancel as it's due for automatic renewal and j didn't gave notice in advance. Their customer service are not user-friendly at all and don't understand that I want to cancel due to unsatisfied and secondly the subscription trippeld.
The people they match you with are really not what I expected it goes further than same interests.
I just want my subscription canceled. Can that be so hard if I am not satisfied.
In response to the comment of Lee. I already requested cancelation via the method mentioned by you. I want to cancel please I am not interested anymore.
