I purchased 3 rings. The packaging was beautiful, the rings were the wrong size and one was missing a stone. I contacted support. They gave me a return shipping address in Australia and stated they would give me my money back once they received the shipment. It cost $30.00 to return them. I gave support a copy of the receipt, tracking number and a way for them to see once they arrived. I received notice of several attempts of delivery. I then emailed support again asking why they won't accept the delivery. It was finally accepted. I then contacted support several times showing proof of delivery and they will no longer respond to my emails, they have the three rings and have not issued my money back. It has been over 1 months. I am very disappointed and plan to tell everyone the horrible service that they provide.

I love Sincere Sally. Their jewelry is such great quality and they are so welcoming. It's so easy for me to find what I need on their website. I also love that it is a woman own brand.

Took the ring out of the bag to try it on and the stone fell out of it. Looked like it was a glued on gem. What trash. Customer Service nonexistent

My ring is so beautiful, and I've gotten so many compliments on it. The size is perfect. The price was amazing and it actually came really quick! I got my ring in a little over a week, from Australia to the US. I would definitely recommend Sincere Sally! Their customer service is wonderful also! I have absolutely no complaints!

Almost two months and I have not received the ring I ordered,
I have email them many times and now they won't even respond ,I guess I am out 60 dollars and no ring.
I am so frustrated and upset , I was so exited to get a ring but I lost any hope of getting it.

I have sent 3 emails and 2 message on Instagram and have no response. Absolutely noncustomer service and they definitely dont stick to their return policy. Run from this company!!

They provided a tracking number that doesn’t existed and I’ve never received anything!

I am soooo fed up. I ordered two rings from “Insincere Sally” on 3/31/26. I realized quickly when looking over the invoice that one of the rings was the wrong size. I quickly wrote to Support and Ericka answered me that afternoon assuring me that they got my email and would make the correction. On 4/13/26 I received my rings and the one came in the wrong size. I wrote to Ericka again and she responded on 4/15/26 saying that I needed to send a photo of the wrong sized ring because her “staff” said they had made the correction. It was obvious that the sizing was wrong. I received another confirmation from Ericka on 4/17/26 that the correct sized anniversary ring was on its way. On 5/7/26 I received an email asking me to send a review but the email they sent me did not allow me to access the review page. I wanted the rings so badly for a cruise my husband and I were going on on May 9, 2026. I have tried to contact them multiple times and there is no response. It has now been over a month and nothing. I am so angry. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. What a complete rip off! Please beware!

Don't buy anything here, it's a total scam. I ordered 3 Rings all in the same size, 1 fits, the others not. The Rings are all very cheap and plastic, the gold looks very plastic artificial like, no 925 sterling silver stamp. It took like 6 weeks shipping from China, it is most likely a Temu Ring. The customer service is ignoring you when you ask for a refund. Don't buy here... I am still mad I lost money on that scam.

Customer service was great until I sent the item back and it could not be delivered. Now I paid for the ring, paid $28 for shipping and I have no ring and no refund. Do NOT buy from here!! Cheap stuff, no customer service after purchase! UPDATE: I did get a full refund later on. Nonetheless the ring I purchased looked like plastic in real life. Both the ring and the stone.
