This company is a scam!!!! I placed an order on October 30,2025. To date, I still have yet to receive my order. They provided a tracking number 5 days ago, the system cannot find my order. The site clearly states 5 to 10 days, we are well beyond that. Everytime I send an email, Cade, in customer service, keeps telling me to be patient and understanding, they changed logistics companies. DO NOT send money to this company. Idk if they are real or not, but nowhere in this world should it take over 3 weeks to receive merchandise. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company!!!! TERRIBLE COMLANY

The wig is horrible the braids is across your entire head it looks like a baseball cap..horrible 100.00 O lost ceapu

I received this wig it stated that it was a precut and ready to go which usually means that the knots are bleached as well it was not preplucked , bleached and the lace was not cut so it was not ready to go and it sheds very baldly

also the length does not look like a 36 inch wig at all it's giving 28
