I had a flat tire and a damaged wheel rim during a car rental in the Azores. I'd purchased Sincera's Full Coverage through DiscoverCars before the trip and I'm glad I did.
The rental company charged me directly for the repair, and after returning home I submitted a claim through Sincera's website with the signed rental agreement, the damage report, the repair invoice, and proof of payment.
The form was clear and easy to fill out. My claim was approved within about a few days, for the correct amount.

It's been a really unexpected, good experience. We had a plastic cover of a rear wheel of our Seat Ibiza lost/stolen, and the renting company charged us 100€ for such piece (it maybe could cost 30 there). Sincera reimbursed us quickly and the procedure was really quick, easy and well explained.

I had an unfortunate situation where the car we rented on our holiday had been damaged on the return to the hire company. It was a shock as we hadn't been in an incident so we were unaware that we were going to walk into having to pay the £180 damages on the spot. Luckily we were covered by Sincera and we got our money back swiftly. You just have to get the receipts from the hire company and submit on their form and they processed the payment swiftly. Definitely will be using them again.
