It was very quick and easy. I feared it was going to be an overwhelming admin process, but not at all! I'm very pleased I decided to go for the full coverage, as I never needed it before, but you never know what can happen!

I got a small dent on the roof of my rental car in after a piece of a chimney fell on it when parked. I got charged over 1250€ which is insane, but i rented the car through discovercars in Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina with full insurance. The claim i made was straight forward and went without hassle, i got compensated for the whole amount that i got charged with! The service was great and i recommend!

Took the optionnal full coverage for a rental car. It was a good idea since a small accident resulted in 800 euros damage excess charge. After submitting the required paperwork I was fully reimbursed. in less than a week.

Could not be happier! Hired a car through discover cars for the UK, when returning the car, the company found a small scuff on the wheel and they charged us £890.
