My son ordered a 70 piece mixed box off Tiktok, his 1st ever order should have been £30 but paid £16.20. The box was jam packed with American, Japanese and English sweets, chocolate, snacks and drinks! Absolutely incredible value for money. I literally don't know how you can do it for the price! 100% use you again and I'll be telling everyone about your fantastic company too. Highly recommend. Such fun making a video of everything in the box, took over 11 minutes to show it all!!!

Many thanks for your feedback – I can see that you have left a negative review regarding the delivery time scales. After looking into your order details, I can see that you purchased your items on Friday the 25th of April at 16:40pm (after our closing time) – Your order was processed and collected on Tuesday the 29th of April – as you chose Standard shipping and did not upgrade to express shipping, a service available in the checkout. Your order was sent with Evri using a fully trackable service.
I did respond to all of your emails from the first email you sent on the 29th of April telling me how disappointed you were that we hadn’t sent your item over the weekend (when we were closed). I can see that your item was delivered on Friday 2nd of May.
I have been waiting for your review since your email stating the following – “I dont believe their is a parcel..will be reporting this diabolical service on trust pilot…”
Looking at the 34 reviews you have left other companies, leaving 1 star reviews seems to be a favourite thing of yours!

Website is not clear
Website is not clear, all items are called the same so what I thought I had ordered, the picture on the screen, was not what arrived! Contacted customer services to be told tough luck! Too late to reorder so that was valentines ruined!

Perfect for picky orders
This company was super helpful as I was ordering for 2 little girls who have extra needs so needed to make sure the sweets they got suited them needs. I was able to order a kilo of the perfect consistency sweets with no messing about. I dropped them to their grandad who was very grateful and knows he won't be buying any sweets for them for a long time now

Not as Picture Looked on Website
Frys Chocolate Gift Set - The picture on the website was deceiving it looked like a purpose built box for the choc bars with a bow and gift tag. When it came it was just a plain thin manilla box with the choc bars not displayed in a tray or anything and a small red bow attached. For the money it cost and p&p it was rubbish. I could have bought the bars myself and made a better job of packing it :-( :-(

200 piece american candy box
Well worth the price the 200 piece was jam packed and had a large variety of sweets in it. It was also ready very fast and staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this company if your wanting american sweets great quality for the price.
