Hi, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the connection let you down on Kilimanjaro.
In Tanzania, our local eSIM connects through Airtel and Halotel. They work well in towns and along the main roads, but coverage on the Kilimanjaro routes is patchy, especially at higher altitudes. The other travellers you mention were likely on a different local network. We should have made this clearer before purchase.
