One problem after another
I placed my order on a Thursday evening. The website said they would be shipped in two business days and I paid extra to receive them in 2-3 days. My order didn't get shipped until late Tuesday afternoon. When I contacted the company they said that the order was processed Friday and then shipped in two business days which is misleading. There was no where on the website that said a day to process then two days to print and ship. The order was late and I was refunded the shipping cost but there was never any accountability for the misleading 3 business days it took to actually ship out. When I received the graduation cards there was a white stripe down the left side like the design was shifted to the right. Reprinting at this point is useless because the shipment was already late and getting the announcements out was late. I just wish the company took more responsibility in the issues that I have had.
