Spoke with David today about my Broadband provider.
I was recently informed my Broadband price would be increasing with Sky and I wasn't happy with the WiFi speeds etc for the price they were charging. So I emailed simply solved to speak with an advisor. I recieved a text message from David to say he would phone at a convenient time to advise about this. I was so happy I spoke with him I managed to get my Broadband and Gas and Electric all on the same monthly bill and alot cheaper than what I have been paying these last few months.
Would highly recommend David. Appreciated his help :)
Everything went wrong.
It should be basic knowledge that it’s not possible as part of the contract for energy, mobile phone broadband and landline phone, that you cannot transfer your landline telephone number if you are going from a fibre broadband supplier to an ordinary broadband supplier.
I am now having to wait to see what the amended contract will be with UW as it cannot include broadband and landline telephone services.
David (easy to talk to)from Simply solved virtually sorted everything for me and I’ve just switched from Scottish Power electricity and Talk Talk fibre optic and saved £17 a month that’s £194 a year as well as an introduction bonus of a £150 from Utility Warehouse couldn’t be happier, Well worth it!
When I contacted Simplysolved I was having terrible trouble with my energy provider. I found out about Simplysolved on Google. I completed an online form then was contacted the following day. I was feeling a little sceptical and anxious particularly after the ongoing awful experience with my energy supplier. I spoke with David and I was very impressed from the start, he listened carefully and showed empathy with my current situation. He was genuine, had a professional attitude, and had great product knowledge. I felt that he was caring and genuinely wanted to help. He was picking out the product/s that would benefit me and my family rather than just selling me anything. We have been with the utility company which David recommended for 3 months now, and so far so good we are doing fine and hope this continues. I have no reason not to recommend Simplysolved as they have been great for me.
Clear, simple instructions, full description of service, easy to understand, David made the whole process quick and positive.
Very impressed with this service, there was no ‘hard sell’ and I felt listen too. Their was no pressure to use the provider they suggested. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

From start to finish the effort from the consultant at Simply Solved ensured we were on the best deal for our energy. Having previously been with British Gas and felt very vulnerable to being extorted again, they put us at ease and made sure the transition was smooth and prompt.

Simply Solved gave us Excellent service and was very helpful in getting us to chose the correct choice of Tariff.
They were also helpful when we had a problem changing our gas Tariff and helped us to sort it .
The only real problem we have had is getting a meter, which we are still waiting to have ,. Most other Companies don’t seem to have a problem providing one, yet we are still awaiting one from Utility Warehouse. Overall I am very pleased with theirs and Simply Solved after service
