We love Simply Australian

We love Simply Australian. Their customer service is excellent and their selection of foods and goods are authentic and delicious! This is an excellent business that will take care of you!

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. One thing that did make me laugh was the packing. I ordered paper plates and clip on koala pack. It came in a big box with plenty of packing. But guess that goes to show they care about how they send things.

Ordered Dec 18th a pair of Rossi Boots…

Ordered Dec 18th a pair of Rossi Boots Size 12US (10.5 Aus)

Received order Jan 11th, almost a month later. It was shipped from the state of Washington in the USA. Even normal ground USPS mail would be 5-7 days. Go figure, you would think a Wallaby swam across the Pacific to deliver the boots.

Received size 12.5 US, 11AUS. Paperwork is correct, They shipped wrong size.

Tried to call, left multiple emails and voice mail messages, and no reply. Have yet to get any communication, or resolve. Horrible customer service, and delivery. It is a shame, I am an Australia, currently living in the USA. Been wearing Rossi Boots for decades. It just shows that American Customer service just doesn't compare to Australian service. I should have directly from Australia. Would have arrived a month earlier and been the right size.

I order Violet Crumbles for my partner for Christmas because we can't get them in stores here. They always arrive in plenty of time.
