Simplilearn reference policy am still following SL to get my voucher.

To be frank they say all this is Enough for an ITIL 4 exam pass all the practice exam with 90 percent. The videos are good and the practice is good but not sure if its for the Peoplecert exams. Peoplecert Exam concepts were a little different and though. And they say 100% money back if u don't pass the exam when u contact them they say you have not completed 100% attendance in a live classroom session when u have opted for a self phased learning.

It was great learning from Simplilearn. Online module was very good. It catered to my need as I was already into role of Business Process excellence. Material provided by them significantly enhanced my profile and i would recommend that one should enrol for course of their interest at this simplilearn platform.
