Well worth paying for full set up

The account manager assigned to me Andrii Nysenko was absolutely brilliant. I am terrible at tech and initially messed up what I thought i needed to do and he out it all right for me and taught me how to use it. Patience of a saint and I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me.

lots of great features

We are using lots of the features in Simplybook to make our clients book online and capture the momentum. From memberships to classes, it's all possible and we dont need to be IT expert to do it all ourself.

Intuitive navigation and extensive features at an affordable price

Even though it is a very extensive system with much functionality and options it was still easy and intuitive to navigate. I tried a few other booking systems but they could not meet my needs the same way SimplyBook.me could. For example, SimplyBook.me allowed me to do group bookings and can keep track of how many people has booked on a particular day so that it does not exceed the daily limit. I love this as I run a tour guide company and can only take a limited number of people out at a time.
My company is small and I have a limited budget but SimplyBook.me offers much more than other systems and with reasonable price plans for small businesses.

Simple, effective, and easy to use

We run a football pitch and needed an online booking system that was easy for both us and our clients. SimplyBook.me has been a great fit so far. The set-up was quick, the interface is clean, and getting our booking page live was really straightforward. The progressive web app has been especially useful, since most of our clients prefer to book straight from their phones.

What we love

- Smooth, modern booking flow that’s easy for clients to use
- Quick to set up services, time slots and pricing
- Built-in PWA for a seamless mobile experience
- Friendly support and helpful guides

Where it could improve

- More flexibility to edit and style the hosted webpage so it matches our brand
- A way to add membership rules that apply instant per-slot discounts when a condition is met
- An offline payment option at checkout where clients can enter a Payment Reference Number

Overall, SimplyBook.me nails the basics and makes online booking really simple. With just a bit more flexibility around memberships and payments, it would be perfect for us. We’re happy to recommend it.

SimplyBook.me is a reliable, easy-to-set-up scheduling platform for small to midsize businesses. The booking system is easy to use and self explanatory. The reminder texts and emails are very crucial in a small business setting. I love the customizable features for different packages. Their booking site can double up as a website which is amazing. Their live chat support is quick to answer and help is always at hand.

Expensive, ridiculous helpdesk

It's a complicated system and each time I contacted the helpdesk I was given a link to a page concerning that topic, instead of simply being helped.

Also, they charge for EVERY SIMPLE FEATURE that is part of the booking process. For example,

Want to accept payments? Ask for contact info of booker? Offer bookings for more than one person? Limit bookings per session when fully booked? Offer giftcards? Offer various products? Gain insight into traffic on your booking site? Get your wallet ready, you gotta pay up for each feature!

They have formulated an ugly confirmation email with no proper formatting containing booking codes for each person cramped into a big text box, and directly underneath it a large 'CANCELLATION' link written in caps. Want a neat simple letter thanking your client for the booking without these ugly text? Get your wallet ready.

Our plans scale with the number of features a business needs:

Free: 1 feature

Basic: 3 features

Standard: 8 features

Premium: all available features
We aim to keep pricing fair and flexible across industries and compared to our competitors then our pricing is very fair. Live chat is included on every plan at no extra cost and is available 24 hours during the working week.

Support experience
Regarding the chat where you received a link instead of direct assistance—thank you for pointing this out. I’ve passed this to our Head of Support so we can ensure a more personal, hands-on experience going forward.

Email confirmations
We used “CANCEL” in caps to improve visibility, but we agree it doesn’t need that emphasis. We’ll update this to standard casing.

Group-booking notifications
It is already possible to adjust the layout so it doesn’t feel cramped and we will add clearer explanations so that users will understand how to adjust that.

Really helpful service

Really helpful service. Some agents more helpful than others. The chat system takes a lot of time.
Website takes a while to figure out how everything works. Was quite stressful at times. Have spent a lot of time on it, a phone call with customer service would have been so much more beneficial. You charge for this service and your rates are very expensive.
Subscription prices - I’m yet to find out how much my custom choices are going to bump the monthly price up to, as I’m only currently on a free trial.

Yes for the Live chat we offer 24h help during the workweek but no phone support (however you can buy setup help where you will have an hour call with an agent who will then set everything up for you). I've been using SimplyBook.me for about 10 months

I've been using SimplyBook.me for about 10 months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. Their customer and technical support teams have been consistently helpful and responsive. Just recently, I reached out with a question and was really impressed by the thoughtful suggestions I received—super helpful and gave me some great options to move forward with.

Getting the system fully set up did require a bit of technical knowledge, but honestly, that seems pretty standard for most booking platforms. Before choosing SimplyBook.me, I compared it to a bunch of other platforms (Booking Calendar, The Events Calendar, Easy Appointments, BookingPress, Amelia, ICS Calendar Pro, TimeTap, Acuity, Webba-Booking, Schedulista, Book Like a Boss, WP Booking System, Simply Schedule Appointments), and pound-for-pound, SimplyBook.me offered more of the features I needed at a better price.

Highly recommend it if you're looking for a flexible and feature-rich booking solution!

Great platform with new features

I run a research lab, and we use SimplyBook.me to help our participants book their research study dates/times. The platform is ideal as it allows people to view all available dates/times in calendar format. The platform offers many features which make our job easier, like intake forms, reminder emails, and booking confirmation. It has been an asset for our team. Another thing I appreciate is customer service. I can chat with a team member and get my questions answered. Thus far, all my interactions with customer service have been answered promptly, and they have been extremely helpful. For our team this is good value for money, and I have found it makes our jobs simpler. They continuously add new features to make the platform more intuitive and user-friendly.

We are an Online mental tennis provider…

We are an Online mental tennis provider and we’ve been using the simplybook.me scheduler for over two years now. What I like particularly about this easy to use tool are the features offered on the Premium, which I must confess I didn’t appreciate so much until I attended one of the free webinars offered by the company and realized how much I had been under utilizing my services.

Discovering the Coupons and Gift cards feature will be excellent for my expansion plans and will allow me offer my packages to keep old clients and attract new customers.

The new additions this year has convinced me that this is the app for my company’s needs because it seemed that they anticipated my growth needs and have given me the confidence to grow my brand knowing that I will be backed by reliable and proactive features that reduce the administrative burdens on me and my staff.

Great Funtionality and Amazing Customer Support!

After exploring 5-6 booking systems, I'm thankful to have found SimplyBook. What sets them apart are their amazing and helpful Live Agents who follow up diligently on queries and are committed to supporting your business. This is a stark contrast to other booking systems who have migrated to AI bots which are neither helpful or even accurate or support ticketing systems which go unanswered or unresolved.

Aside from their Live Agents (Shout out to Sofiia and Irma), they have extensive add-ons and is highly customisable.

While there are some gaps in their functionality, their outstanding support makes it worthwhile and I truly look forward to seeing future features and improvement.
