Reasonable price, quick delivery and great product

Ordered 2 x 2 different bedside tables. First 2 arrived promptly and are lovely. Quality excellent.
Second x 2 were delayed several times until I cancelled my order - shame. Having said that I was kept informed. Aparantly a shipping issue. Found the same ones on eBay which have taken 4 days to arrive.

Cabinets were delivered quickly and delivery was free. They were well packed and look exactly as described on the website.
Given that they came fully assembled rather than flat packed I think the price was excellent.

So, I ordered a bedside table for our new house as we were due to move very soon.
Shortly after delivery and a quick peek at the unit in it's box, we received a phone call to say our sale had fallen through.
I contacted Simply Bedsides to advise of the change of plan and asked if it could be returned.
I did not expect such a helpful person (Joey) to put my mind at ease immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He arranged collection of the unit the very next day, free of charge, and when I had to ring back because the time of the pick up I had an appointment, he said he would rearrange for it to be collected from my safe porch. It was collected next day as promised and proof of collection left.
Absolutely amazed at this service and would absolutely recommend this Company. The part of the cabinet we did see was beautiful, and will go back in the future after we are settled in our new home. Thanks Joey, outstanding performance!!

Products were damaged on arrival. They definitely were not as the pictures on your site, also they definitely did not match. However Joey Foster was very efficient in dealing with our call and initiating the return process.

My 3rd little table from Simply Bedsides, and I love it. Excellent service and arrived very quickly. Apart from screwing in the legs (which took about 2 minutes), no dreaded self-assembly. Thank you!
