Very good support from simply

Very good support from simply! They solved my issues and treated me well in a situation that was a bit complex with the site.
There's potential to develop the UI and make for instance make sure that you know all payments you have upcoming. It might be that you have two accounts, and all your billings aren't viewed in one place, but viewed by account. So even if it looks as you have paid all bills, it could be that you have more bills connected to another account, even though both accounts are under the same email-adress.

Excellent support

An excellent webhotel for me not very interested in the IT-stuff but not satisfied with the too simple. The support I get is just excellent. They have realised it is more efficient for them to do the things as experts than trying to guide new beginner me often resulting in more complicated problems.
And usefull guides, FAQ:s etc.

They changed contact data in domain…

They changed contact data in domain registry without prior notice. Moreover, now they push me to change register to a different company. Very weird behavior.

As we have already mentioned via ticket this was an internal transfer which did not affect the owner information for the domain at all. Your domain has not been transferred to another company, but the administration of the domain through us is now directly at NASK, which gives you as the customer and owner of the domain a lot of advantages.
